Does Your Gurdwara Do Katha?

im learning that alot of Gurdwaras dont do katha or explanation of Gurbani. They read alittle of Gurbani(pathh) and do some Kirtan and Ardas and thats all the service at the Gurdwara. The reason seems to be they dont want fights, because the missionary type people will speak and say how are these things even possible and call it Deravaad.

So the committees just stick to kirtan and pathh so no fights will erupt.

So i want to know from the Sangat, does your Gurdwara do katha and Gurbani explanation or does it just stick to kirtan and pathh.

We have katha of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji maharaj in the morning and Sri gur pratap Suraj Granth katha at night.

we don't have any katha kirtan had started 3 months before. it's a very small and lesser known gurudwara. hardly people visit there. it is administered by president body gaurd of india. prakash of guru sahib is done in morning at 6 or 6:30 am only japji sahib chupai sahib and chota anand sahib is recited and in yhe evening after rehras sahib 1 hr kirtan is dobe and then sehaj path and the sukhasan at 9 o clock.
