   VJKK VJKF Where can I learn raag kirtan from? I want to learn how to play the dilruba which Guru Gobind Singh Ji Maharaj blessed us with. I searched online and found Raj Academy but their classes are all the way in London. Are there any good classes in Birmingham? (PS: I live in the UK) VJKK VJKF

   Waheguru ji ka Khalsa waheguru ji ki Fateh .I just want to say I had made big mistakes in my life .like , I had indulged in lustful things as I was staying with bad company.I had ruined my reputation in my relatives .I feel ashamed .I tried to commit suicide as well but not successful.Even ,in the last year , I did not do path but ,in this year ,I have been starting doing path and now I relized how big mistakes I did .I had done lot of sins in th past year .I can say , I was the victim of all 5 vikars like ,kaam, krodh , lobh ,moh and hankar .But ,in this year , when I started to understand the meaning of gurbani , I feel guilty.I am in canada now and I have no one here …

   Waheguru ji ka Khalsa waheguru Ji Ki fateh. My mom has a cancer at very rare place, the doctors are not giving much hope. But I have confidence in god and I know ardaas is always heard by our guru . I read before posting this that everyone is prayin for bibi Jagjeet kaur to get well I m praying to god for her too. Can I please ask sangat to do ardaas for my mom. She is in a lot of pain she wants to amrit shak as soon as she can but our gurudwaras do it when there is a mahapurush coming from India.    Waheguru ji ka khalsa Waheguru ji ki fateh. I am 17 year Amritdhari boy. I have Social Anxiety Disorder and i also have shyness since as long as i coukd remember . This disorder disables in almost every walk of my life. 😭 I am just anxious all the time whether while speaking, socializing or even just standing in people. It is so hard for me to practice Sikhi like this. I cant even attend Gurudwara Sahib as i feel so much anxiety meeting people there. I prefer to remain quiet, and alone .     WJKK WJKF, I am having great difficulty with my thoughts. Ever since I started doing Japji Sahib and Simran after a few months Ive been bombarded with negative thoughts and it is getting to the point where my mind cant focus properly on prayers or Simran. This never happened to me before and so I don't know what to do with this situation. But I had this experience where I was doing Simran and then I feel asleep and then had this sleep paralysis type of dream where an entity was taunting me of doing Simran (making fun of me). It is to the point where when I go the the Gurudwara, I get scared for some reason. I don't know what to do please help!!!
