Gurfateh sangat ji didn't want to post this in the gupt forum as i dont think it requires me to be gupt but its been days now and the admins havn't validated my account yet (hello admins? anyone home?!?!). I have problems sitting and doing my 5 baaniya. I tryyyy, but can never get past half way through Jaap Sahib...I want to do all my nitnem but I duno what happens I just can't focus after an hour and still having half of jaap sahib, tavprasad savaiye chaupai sahib and anand sahib to do....I have a very very short attention span. Any ideas about how I can overcome this i feel sooooo terrible

wjkk wjkf how do i mkae my phag tighter, what can i do to make it less liky to come off during a fight? i do the classic triangle phag wid a petcha under neath, the petcha is pretty tight and doesnt come off easily but the phag is loose no matter how tight i tie it and it will come off it the person im fighting dilleberatly tries to take it off, mthe phag i use is pretty thick and i assume thts why its loose but i have tried using a thin type aswell if u understand what im saying lol, and the thin one seems lose aswell, any tips on how to make it fight proof lol? thank you wjkk wjkf

wjkk wjkf sangat ji ive been growing my hair and tying a dastar for a couple of months now (used to just do a ponytail), but whenever i tie a dastar i see that after an hour or so the roots of my hair start hurting and i mean A LOT like its really painful. even when i take it out and then brush my hair it really really hurts to the point my eyes start watering. i have started tying a loose flatter joora because i was told that maybe it was because my joora was too tight but to no avail. i dont want to stop tying a dastar at all but its so painful! anyone have any suggestions/remedies/been through the same thing?? thanks in advance wjkk wjkf

Can you please share any info about any current living sants of very high avastha. I don't mean simple punjabi babae who just say "amrit chako singh sajo" or neccessarily get 1000s people to take amrit, or even those that talk with alot of 'gyan'. (this is not directed at any particular sants at all). I mean sants that are spiritually very advanced in terms of what they have reached and can help other people with their naam simran. back then was waaaay different. ppl didn’t attend higher education or have much to do after the age of like… 13, lol. you’d have 13 year olds boys and girls that know how to do kethi, cook entire meals, etc nowadays even 22 year olds are extremely immature and can be sheltered. the average person doesn’t know how to do anything except their 9-5 which they are probably half arsing as well.
