   hello everyone, I will keep this as short as possible, my punjabi is terrible, I can just about hold a conversation with somebody, i.e just say hello how are you, nothing more, I am coming more into sikhi and I cant understand anything in the gurdwara when there is katha going on , not a single thing, it is very frustating, I want to learn to speak punjabi fluently 100% so I can speak to other people have deep conversations and understand and do veechar on katha, I live in birmingham, is there any one who knows where I can do a crash course to speak punjabi fluently in short space of time, I am willing to pay, thank you Daljit sandhu

No matter how much my mum trys to make my dad happy, he always finds a fault, an excuse to shout and swear and belittle her. He drinks every single day without fail.    when read gurbani are you suppose read all sound letter eg ਸਬਦਿ what it be red like Sabadh or u have to include the end sound and it would be Sabadhe ,,, what would be the shudh way to read gurbani , reading all of the sound letters that is written , i know that u supposed to read the ha ha in the end eg ਰਚਾਵਹਿ hachaavahe but what about the example about ਸਬਦਿ are we supposed to read that sound at the end and be red like this Sabadhe

    wjkk wjkf i am a mona sikh right now but i have been thinking for a while to take khande di pahul and become khalsa. i have struggling with the five thieves but i do have dard for sikh kaum. i don't how to start i can't read or write gurmukhi or punjabi but i can speak punjabi. i don't know what paath to do can someone like please explain how can i start to become a sikh and something to help with five thieves. i heard their is no point of doing paath in english because the meanings are translated differently. i hope you guys can help me I'm confused and clueless at the moment i want to hopefully one day become a khalsa and son guru gobind singh ji.

    I'm a 14 year old Sikh boy. I have very long hair, it's down to my knees. My hair is starting to thin and my hairline is receding. How can I grow my hair back and make it thicker? Also, what should I use for daily grooming and how often should I wash it? I wash it once a week because it takes too long to dry. After I wash my hair, I usually put baby oil in it. I don't put anything in it daily. Does anyone have suggestions for what to use?

    I honestly feel many people (Sikhs included) are a victim to ego and anger. This leads to things like depression etc so I was wondering that wouldn't it be a good idea if we could have some help from the sangat and guru granth sahib ji's quotes ? I personally feel that I have a lot of anger and ego and when talking to others I see that many others do too but some just don't realise.
