Sleeping With Kirpans 1 2

Hi guys, A few years ago I started keeping my hair. Ever since, I've had faith and I've been studying my religion. Recently I decided to try and wear the full 5K's including Kirpan 24/7 and get myself setup towards taking Amrit one day (god willing) . During the day I can walk about with no problems. At night when I sleep I find it IMPOSSIBLE to sleep with my kirpan on. Either the cold metal of it keeps touching me and freaking me out, or my mind is just set on it being there. My mind refuses to budge and I never get to sleep. I bought myself a considerably small kirpan compared to what I've seen other Sikhs wear. How can I adjust myself/kirpan towards being able to …

hello sangat i was thinking if you guys could give me some advice or tips....i tie a pagh and use mandi (startch) i also wear glasses :D ... wearin glasses and pagh at same time totally kills my ears ....anyone have the same problem? or know how to stop this from happening? :lol: thank u in advance

Waheguru ji ka Khalsa, Waheguru ji ki Fateh, I am worried about my nitnem, whilst I'm doing it i focus with all my indrian on the paat and occupy mind with arth but I find that I am listening listening then somehow I lose concious thoughts, it seems like sleep but not as my dhian is in pangti and I come back exactly on that point . SANGAT JI my Small sister is 5 she is in nursay and she has to go to school. Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh ji Does the Gurdwaras new multi purpose hall allow meat sharab etc? I know this hall is booked for a post wedding party with meat and sharab. Whether it has been made clear that both are not allowed in the Gurdwara annexe (which i believe is directly connected? And there is a new langar and diwan hall too), i dont know. But this is the intention. Could someone please shed some light on this. If meat sharab is allowed, is the hall connected to the Gurdwara? Are the premises owned by the Gurdwara? If meat sharab is not allowed, i can advise against this venue and potentially prevent this from happening. Unfortunately the family…

not do i only feel like im lettin ma self down but ma parents aswell..i smoke n i cant stop..i HAVE tryed i went 2 months without out it n in those 2 i turned towards sikhi by doin paat (sorri spelling mistake) e.g ardaas and kirtan solhila but now even if i want to do "paat" i cant because im like im not a good sikh n whats da point of actin like1 when i no im not cos i smoke..the reason i started was becos of stress e.t.c.. What should i do??!!

back then was waaaay different. ppl didn’t attend higher education or have much to do after the age of like… 13, lol. you’d have 13 year olds boys and girls that know how to do kethi, cook entire meals, etc nowadays even 22 year olds are extremely immature and can be sheltered. the average person doesn’t know how to do anything except their 9-5 which they are probably half arsing as well. -

Seriously?? The Dhadi is trying to be cute. For those who didn't get it, he said: "Some say Maharaj killed bakras (goats). Some say he cut the heads of the Panj Piyaras. The truth is that they weren't goats. It was she-goats (ਬਕਰੀਆਂ). He jhatka'd she-goats. Not he-goats." Wow. This is possibly the stupidest thing I've ever heard in relation to Sikhi.
