so u need a meal plan u say... well been thru abt 3 months now, i'll put down what i normally have... - Breakfast: - Frosted or Coco Shreddies (really good for fibre) - Brown bread with nutella (lotta sat. fat but its good stuff) Lunch (mostly have it at school, limited options but there is still quite a few): - Humus sandwich with veggies (really filling, and good nutrition) - Sometimes get pasta with arabiatta sauce or bean sauce Dinner: - Get some flavoured rice packs, boil and put beans in it and ur done - Noodles, cook, theres all kinds of veg. soups u can get, pick one, put it in u got some soup noodles - Tacos... u can get Old El Paso refried beans, heat that, Get a tortilla put it on, put some veggies on it... salsa or taco sauce.. some cheese and ur good (didn't suggest this for lunch, cuz u really shouldn't hav beans if ur going outta ur humble abode... GAS.. lol) - Frozen pizzas Of course, under ideal conditions, I'd choose rotee n sabjee over the above. If you are living at home then I guess you can get someone to cook for you, but in my case i'm 4000 kms away. Anyways, hope the above gives you some good future meals. O also, if u like yogurt add that..

i noticed that ur in the UK... i'm originally from Canada but studying med in UK rite now... i've noticed that they hav a really good system for pointing out key ingredients and like somebody mentioned its good to look out for the "V - suitable for vegetarians" sign BUT they hav a section on the back... it mostly says "Contains:.." mostly points out eggs, wheat, gluten... common allergens n stuff... its really ez to shop in the grocery stores here... Tesco is probably one of ur best stops... they have a vegetarians section mostly with the frozens... n they have Tesco brand veg products... vegetarian mince...burgers ..all kindsa stuff... i think if u were a meat n egg eater before... its also beneficial to switch to soy milk... u hav to develop a taste for it... but it will give u a good amount of protein that ur body mite b used to... other than that... welcome to the family...

its waiting for u when u come bak Heera Singh ... its probably the best multiplayer shooter I ever played.. may b even better than ghost recon.. but as for the discussion.. definitely xbox 360.. way more versatile than ps3 unless u've already owned playstations then the best bet for u is PS3 .. its fully backward compatible.. as for strategy games.. no new advice here.. systems aren't all that great for strategy ..get a PC .. o also if u decide to get a 360.. try to get a hold of XBOX 360 Elite.. its a lil more expensive but more bang for the buck cuz it has HDMI support.. which gonna b more widespread in the near future..

Solution: I observed that whenever I logon to youtube.com they automatically create this folder on my harddrive: C:\Windows\Application Data\Macromedia\Flash Player\#SharedObjects However, in order for the youtube audio to work properly there must be one more folder. Unfortunately, neither the Flash Player installer nor youtube.com creates this folder. I simply added this necessary empty folder into the #SharedObjects folder so my path now looks like this: C:\Windows\Application Data\Macromedia\Flash Player\#SharedObjects\12345678 This new empty folder is named "12345678" (or any different normal eight characters of your choice). Youtube then uses this folder to install their file named soundData.sol, and now the sound works as intended on the very first click. It even enables youtube audio to work on 98SE with Opera and Firefox (the MSIE browser installation is not even necessary). And there is no need to edit the registry nor to add any files. All I did was to create an empty folder at the location specified. (I did not test this on 2000/XP, but if you already have the \#SharedObjects folder somewhere on your computer, just add an empty "12345678" folder there and give it a try.) Note: This is a solution for the youtube.com audio failure when you know that your sound configuration already works okay on other sites.
