  2. i have had this bani in my gutka berfore i created this post, i just wanted it in a word format. that aside... each time we say vaheguru are we bowing down to vaasdev(vishnu), hari krishan, raam ji and gopal (gobind) (another dev)? no! cus sikhi takes vaheguru to be god and throught the guru, we get to god.. the same way that each time durga is mentioned, it is just another way (just in the same way god is allah raam etc...) that we can bow down to the power of god. the word bhagauti it is the same word. yet it has 3 meanings (there is only 1 meaning,god, but cus we are picky, theres 3.. ) in the ardaas at the start.. 1st bhagauti = kirpaan (the power of god ) 2nd bhagauti = again the power of god (this time,... the vaar of the power of god >>some ppl say durgas vaar which is kinda correct but itts about the battles) 3rd bhagauti = god. i can post an mp3 of the bani.. its just the mp3 aint got the 6 doheras... but jus learn em and pause the mp3!! gurfateh

  5. there is the 5 bania. then to increase, there is a (kind of) set way, though it dont reely matter... so after the 5 bania, put an extra bani in between each to make 9. the 5 bania is what you owe god for being on his earch, eating vegies and breathing his air and killing the organisms by breathing and all such things. each extra bani is like a special offfering to god saying > u no what, i love you so so much, you can have this as well. (cus we are to give everything>>good as well as bad<< (but then we aint god any good to give, all we have are auguns) ) so it is like we give the normal 5 to god, then just to be extra special, we give little gems of bani to god (cus its reely in effect his anyway) . these are the shabad hajaare bani from sggs, shabad hajarre P10, tav prasaad savayae deenan ki, tav prasaad chaupi. so japji sahib shabad hajaare jaap sahib shabad hajarre P10 amrit savayae sraavag sudh tav prasaad savayae deenan ki tav prasaad chaupi (first) (then) BENTI chaupi up till chaupi ko kehe then anand sahib ------------then you can do baramaha maaj. this is the standard that most ppl do.. by this time, bani will start coming to you like, you will know what to do by this time then after the anand sahib you can do shastar naam mala, uggardunti. 9 mahal de salok, vaara te vadeek, bhatta de savayae and other such bani. just keep increasing it and you will know by yourself.. these are just sujjestions of the bani to do. im in no plCE TO SAY THAT I DO THINS AND THAt cus i have no idea what counts and doesnt up in heaven! :D gurfateh.. tell as many ppl that are trying to get into sikhi to not wori bout what they dont know and telem to stop doing the bad things thast they know not to do and start doin gthe good things that they know they shound do. then by itself, god will tel them which way. jus tell em to do that and keep at it.. gurfateh (agen ) then you can
  6. in the bani of guru gobind singh ji, dasmesh pita, a lot of needless pointless baseless controvercy has come about.. shastar naam mala is a seprate bani. and the sahensar nama iv seen in the baent bania da gutka thas available from most shops. (DTF soho road!!) the maal kauns ki vaar is a beautiful vaar. as i red it for the 1st time it just seemed to flow out. it is like a baenti to god. saying at the end of most the pauris >> whoever does naam, the lord god, har ji, will come into them<< exactly like mohan ghar aavo karo jodharia.. in sggs. the hanuman natak was a gift to dasmesh pita from a raja (i think) that (again i think) a writing done by hanuman himself bout god/ or written by another person bout hanuman, and it was given as a present to guru sahib. guru sahib loved it so much that they used to keep it with themselves and wenever they had a few moments, they wound pull it out and read it. it was given in piyaar by a raja (king) to guru sahib. through piyaar. as far as i rember correctly.. so its not done be guru, but hu knows what we could learn by reading it aswell... what comes to my mind is that the bhattaa de sawayae aint written by guru, but its beautiful and is gurmut.(well its guru actually! bubt u no.......) i will come bak to this post and post a word doc of maal kauns ki vaar later on.. maybe a few weeks... c ya. gur fateh these were prob left out for any reason under the sun! maybe they contrived it to be one any less than guru maharaj.. the sri dasam granth used to be much bigger, but lots of bani has been lost. maybe the sgpc lot jus took out wot they wanted to make it jus bout smaller than sggs so that ppl cud say, >>isnt it amazing that its only ONE LESS ANG THAN SGGS!!   9. sikhi is less of a relegion and more of a dharam. i.e. to be piky, it should be called sikhi-dharam cis sikhi isnt an 'izm'. our guru granth sahib dont say sikhi is the best relegion bring ppl in. no. it says (on a wide ground basis) that go toward god. it tells muzis how to be good muslimz. all other 'izms' say, believe us and such. sikhi is the olny one that says skrew all the izm boundries and dam well go to god! >basikly. guru tells yogis how to be the true yogie. id like to add, >> hey american sikhs! jog sabadang in sggs! innsted of doing yoga as part of sikhi, do naam! sahaskriti m1. << neway.. khalsa is the fauj of god y? cus through hukam of god khalsa (and amrit) got saajed. khalsa has been used more and more as a 'separate' from the crowd. if thas wot u do, then u aint reely khalsa cus khalsa helps all and is pure. putting khalsa at the ends of ppls name is i think ok, but it causes more probs (seggragation) than it solvs ( gobind rai >rai being the surname of guru gobind singh< to gobind singh. singh was only given after amrit administeration. but we still keep surnames. singh as a mmiddle name. then surname. so a further thing of replacing surname with khalsa..# its k. but its a 'holier than thou' approch. khalsa is being used as more of a cult nowa days. (not alot! but its growing! wich is bad.) sikhi is the tru law of god. not a relegion. khalsa are the ppl that follow that godsent law. sikhi was the hukam from god. gurfateh

    dhan dhan guru ji de gurmukh piyaare.. now that you hace realised this importence, you can look at it like you have found the diva the jot inside, but you need to have it turned on.. god does that. how? by us askin. this is why we have bani to do the ardaas of... i.e..... kar kirpa har naam devaayo. and lotsa other tuks (lines) in guru maharaj. sins are like the blackness. the sin has been earned by yourself. it is going to be written, just as any good thing is going to be written. the good and bad things you do/earn, get written and resonate in 'heaven' (dharam hadoor'). it dont matter how close(small) or how far (big) these earnings are. (if u aint figaed out that this is int jupji sahib salok by now, thel im telling u now... so u have.. ) when u do a sin, you have earned some punishment.. ( now, to me, each punishment you get for the respective sin you have earned in your life is like 3 or 5 times more than one i.e. me, would expect.!! and that kinda takes the pee!) we have all made mistakes.. and what ppl nornally think is that they get rubbed out by doing a good thing.. the thing is, they dont (it kinda does but lemi xplain). that earning is there.. it will get reduced as you do the good earnings.... lets look at it in pecentages.. you earn 100 units of paap. sin. you do no naam/seva (keertan +more) you will reap the full 100 units.. just cus you have come to a realisation that >>oh my god look at the crapness i gave out<< that doesnt abolish your sins at all.. that is just the gur prasaad from god that has let you realise that >oh my god i gota do summin bout this cus i dont want this crapness to come back to me in a later life/down the line< . so you start to do naam simran/ sewa and things. the vibe (GOD) then says, hmm. this dude is dam sorry! lets make the 100 units to 90 units... then u do more naam /sewa and the he goes ok,.... down to 85 then 70 then 30 the 20. when the 100 units get to 10 units, then god stops. sant mahapursh say that you will always have to pay for 10 units/% of your (bad) earnings. so insted of goin jail for 15 years, you wud get 6months community service. the gurmukh says thank god for this massive reduction in paap that i have to pay for. the <banned word filter activated> (mugadh = <banned word filter activated> in gurbani) /munmukh says >stupid god, how can he giv me 6 months.. and he dont realise the massiveness of the reduction.. N.B. THIS IS ONLY FOR SINFUL EARNINGS there is another thing for good earnings.. but i dont wana go off topic and such things.. so we do naam cus >>naam ne subh kuch banaia. subh sristi naam de oopar khari hai.<< understand this, then alota things will become clear.. basickly for a good karam, you will always get the 100 units. but aaisa parmesar hai, ke .. he gives you more goodness on top of that 100 units! pretty damn cushy innit!! but there is another thing... all the good and bad things, tis called a persons >laikha<. there is a way that you can have your laikha riped.! how badass do u think that wud be? to start a fresh?? mahapursh can do that. guru can do that. god does that. but only when god feels like it.. so , as we skin our knees, he sits up there chillaxin!!! y? cus this is all his game. >aapana khael, aap karanehaar<. soz for the long read.. gurfateh ji. hum rulte firte

    so many people get mistaken between the love-attachment (moh) and true love (bhaao).. u think its love, but its just attachment.. the two are so very so so so mistaken... here is a goo gauge to tell if you are in love.. if you can LOVE a girl (that u wana ''get with'' ) EXACTLY how you love your mom, yor sister, and a 5 year old bundle of joy, then it is tru love... next, love is beautiful! this is why gursikhs can be seen smyling whyl doing naam simrn at times!! such a love gets pargat in ones own hirda.this is the lotus flower that is inside us.. >>>tumri mayia te kamal bigaas<<......... the kamal da full (lotus flower) comes about with the campation of god... (daya and maiya is kinda the same thing...) now look at yourself NICE AND DEEP you will see that this love is nt what you have for her... it can be found in your writing!!! you say that you cant stop thiinin bout her, this is the love-attachment (moh)!!! its not tru love.. the tru love is just forver beautiful..and forever baeyant. it is not summin that you cant let go off and you cant get off you mind and u cant live wothout her....etc....i.e. attachment... the more naam that you jup, the more you will start to feel what i mean and what true love is. then you will become the love. n.b. you wont get attached to it, its just that you will slowly slowly get dissolved into it.. then, charan kamal mun ridhae basae. BUT! if u jus wana get freeky??? up to you. it is not sikhi. it is not gurmat. it IS munmat therefore the way AWAY from gOd. oh and, bani is for us to become dissolved in god.. if you ask for silly things, you will get them, but at a price.. there is a thingy that i say sumtimes... somone asks for long arms cus of 'aajaan baah' in jaap sahib.. so he does bare naam and paat.. god gets happy with him and grants his wish for arms that touch the flor.. so.. god cuts his legs off. jokes!!! p.s. food fr thought... u reely thing god is gona be happy that you wana use bani for summin other than the intended use?? aaaa hah!! hum rulte firte guru guru gur kar mun mohan!

  14. raag is a just another WAY given to us to how to booj the hukam of god. lets try not to get into ... this is ryt and this is wrong. its ALL right. LOOK. in doinjg raag keertan there are components.. i mean, you sing in sur, keep the taal, keep the raag, and sing the shabad/ keep your place in the shabad. u no, as you increase your avasta, slowly slowly each one of these including raag and akhar and everything breaks down. by this i mean this>>> >>>when you r singin, you start to feel the naad of the raag and shabad. then it WILL be like a teer (arrow) in your heart. then you will go into viraag mode. then your raag and sur will go out of the window and the taal, and everything else that exists. then all you will go on is the naam. and the vibration of naam will be your universe. so since this is what happens, its ovious that raag is just a way in which you attain that. you can get that teer in your heart through reading bani. so there are many WAYS in 'beejing' (immersing) into naam.. i.e. raag isnt the only way.. oh mun haria hoa! p.s. i only talk from experience gurfateh.

  16. if you want to understand physically the attributes of god, i think the best things for you to do will be doo naam yourself and find out. jus do it! you will see what happens to you. it so frustrationg! ppl try all the drugs in the world but sikhs got the ultimate drug that keeps you high not jus for a night or a week at most for some drugs, (i know cus im doin pharmaceutical science), but if done correctly, for a lifetime! its all bout getting high man!! isint it the greatest thing that the way to get to god, is to get high?? its blody wiked! anyway, if u cant be asked to do that and just want information to circulate, reaserch quantum phisics. emtanglement, sparticles (not a typo!), string theory, M theory, supersymettry and such things you will see that at the quantum level things pop in and out of existance all the time just as we breath!!!! that eaisly! thats not the only thing thats badass! the way that it pops into existance is through observing!! i.e. (basically) electrons manifest themselves when you want to see them. and as soon as you stop observing (detecting/measuring) the electron jus pops out of existance. badass innit??!! so in unison with sikhi, wot makes you think that if weirdo stupid electrons can manifest themselves wen a detector tries to see them, that god cant show himself to you when you do naam?(as a dector?) :gg: :6 :wacko: :| so you can watch the vids on google bout the wiked phenominon or read bout the latest things bout 'CERN' and stuff.. still i recomend doing naam to understand the attributes of god instead of watching the vids!!! darshan pekhat mai jeeo gurkhalsa gurfateh hum rulte firte :homer
  17. with raags, it is al about hukam. the thing about raags come into alot of things. the majority being keertan, which from this, branches questions regarding AKJs and other stuff. when i say it is al about hukam i mean it is a way (a very good way) in doing the hukam from god. raag is musical. in sggs it says raag naad subh such hai keemat kehi na jai. i.e. the whole vibe/ resonance of what raag give is ALL true, and its pricelessness cannot be said cannot be said. there is another tuk which stipulates: raagae naadae baahra, ini hukam na boojia jai. --> things that are out of raag (i.e. MUSIC) dont booj the hukam, (i.e. dont do the hukam from god therefore dont lisen to music!) so this also says bout the raags and about the vibe or naad. ------------------- now id like to look at somthing (im not going to say the opposite because it is not opposite) also throughout bani it says about the attributes of god few from dasan bani are.. raagang na roopang na rekhang; des aur na bhes jaakar roop nekh na raag; raag na roop na rekh na rang na saakh na sorg na sang tihaare.....etc..... so if we are trying to dissolve in this ultimate god then all these things (raag, even akhar) WILL hole us back. y? becus there comes a point where you need to let go of everything and just go on the vibration of the lord.(string theory!! :-D) because it will hold us back from merging with god it becomes moh and people start to say woh sik raag tune!! koeI gwvY rwgI nwdI bydI bhu Bwiq kir nhI hir hir BIjY rwm rwjy ] koee gaavai raagee naadhee baedhee bahu bhaath kar nehee har har bheejai raam raajae || Some sing of the Lord, through musical Ragas and the sound current of the Naad, through the Vedas, and in so many ways.     there is a reason ji,. washing ur kes after means u can keep all ur kakkars on u whilst doing so. if u wash ur kes first, its hard to put all ur kakars on u whilst doing so. so whilst washing ur kes after, u have ur new kashera on, ur kirpan with kanga in it and then ur keski wrapped around u so u can wash ur kes another thing. your hed is where ur dasam dwaar/ brain is and is where we do naam. it does need to be respected more. but i c wot u mean. kes is kes. gurfateh
