just because i didnt post on a forum does not mean i did not fight for that Sikh , and the daya of a Sikh should have no limits, even if she is lying she is doing it for a better life, obviously she feels strongly enuff to slit her wrists, im not saying its right what she is doing but y add to her pain by writing mean comments? At the end of the day she is a meek woman who was touched by police and is hurting herself? U have no daya for that? May God never let it happen what if she was ur sister or daughter or mom in this mental state? gurfateh g here r options 1) go in a lake ( when i swim in the ocean i just use my tshirt n kacherra) 2) i have sometimes a special kirpan which is smaller 3- 6 inches or so that i use for showering and getting wet use that one 3) buy swimsuit matiral or waterproof matirial n wear it as a patka ( i dont like the idea of swimcaps) 4) i dont care about my hairy legs n if ur like me i wear 1) Dance leotard (has sleeves just like a swimsuit n u can wear this over or under ur kacherra) 2) Over the leotard i wear skorts (shorts r fine too ) If you do care about hairy legs than wear a scuba suit

Welcome to the Forum The Sikh should not feel egoistic about it because humility is a big theme in Sikhism. There is no problem with the Sikh talking to you and answering questions because they definatly should but taking a thank you is not a part of Sikh teachings because Sikh scripture teaches that God is the only giver of all. In reality the Sikh should thank you because the path to God is loving and serving humanity and you have given the Sikh an oputunity to lovingly serve one of Gods created beings

gurfateh g u can bow down to a sheesa, the sheesa of ur inside which is Gurbani in sooraj partap bhai santhokh singh ji says mukar samaan guru darbar meaining the word mookar is sheesa or mirror samaan means equal and guru darbar means the guru now guru granth sahib prof sahib singh ji named his teeka guru granth darpan darpan also means mirror gurbani is the mirror for ur soul if you want a view of ur soul than test it with the test of bani
