Couldn't even watch the whole video, broke down in tears :'( Whats worse is the fact that this maha beadbee has been happening for so so long not only in Punjab but here in the UK too ... And it's going to get alot worser! I remember listening to a Katha by Giani Thakur Singh Jee where he was saying that Kaljug's going to get so severely unbearable that there won't even be Beautiful Amrith Sanchaars, the opportunity to read from Pothi Sahibs, or even have Darshan or Sri Guru Granth Sahib Jee Maharaaj!!! Humble benthee - become blessed into the Fauj while you have the chance!!! Take Santhiya, get Baani Kant, keep Shasthar and learn the art of using them to defend the Panth ...

Avoid TV, PC and Game Consoles before sleep ... Do a Maala of Gurmantar, Mool Mantar or Sri Sukhmani Sahib Mantar (Aad Gur-e Nameh, Jugaad Gur-e Nameh, Sath Gur-e Nameh, Sri Gur Dev-e Nameh) then Ardhaas Avoid eating at least 2 hours before sleep ... Also don't forget to read Rakhya De Shabad with Keerthan Sohilaa Sahib and Salok (Pavan Guru Paanee Pitha) Put your alarm clock away from your bedside so when it rings you'll have to get up out of bed to turn it off ... by then you'll be more likely to stay up than go back into bed ... Alternatively get a GurSikh to ring you at Amrith Vehla so that way you'll have that support and be more likely to put effort into waking up knowing that they'll be awake aswell .... Keep motivating yourself, don't give up and do believe in yourself too ...

This messed up wackness just raises the huge concern to do more Parchaar aimed at protecting the innocent out there ... i.e. Parchaar that helps the youth be more streetwise; be able to self-defend in a given situation; and smart tactics in picking up dodgy signs when confronted by such perverted sickos ... There's too many of us that are naive and think that this sorta crap wouldn't happen to us or our friends or kids etc ... Though there's alot of positive Parchaar being done by Singhrow/Sikh Unit and Lion Heartz ... Let's raise some awareness at the upcoming youth camps!
