Bit of pre advertisement for Young Sikhs (leicester) - they have a radio, usually 3 times a yr? or is 2? YSL help?? get a brilo pad, and some wet and dry sandpaper (the black paper, u can get from halfords if your in the uk) and jst clean it with that. takes 10min and u can smoothen it too - if you have the bigger ones, then sand the insides and make it smoother so it comes off easier too.

The whole point of the kara being round, plain and sarbloh (iron) is it provides u with iron!! its simple and not a fashion accessory and because everyone could get one! A gold kara is a punjabi thing, if your kara was to be Gold, Guru Ji would have declared so but he made it Sarbloh. they the old school battle ones, if you look at proper old school pics, they is shot, some of them are like miniskirt bana. Jst practical on the battlefield. The long ones which come over ya knew briefly are wicked coz like paji said, they cover your legs up and they also keep ya warm to!!! Jst depends on the situation... I am sorry too hear that you was not happy with the accomodation and thank you for your feedback... but from what I am aware of is that everyone got the same type of accomodation ... I appreciate that the bed linen may have smelt but theres away around it .. its called fabreeze or air freshener or even opening a window once in a while [bhai Sahib its a simple word called initiative]. Also, doctor moved room as his was sooo bad and so kipped on the floor in his 2 sons room. I agree, fabreeze yes, but if your not allowed of campus, not much chance of getting any is there?!?! Initaive was used on that and also the window was left open throughout the day and night, never being closed therefore was cold but we didnt mind it, saved having the cold shower in the mornin i appreciate your simple attempt of sarcasm, but unfortunatly, unless the camp sevadars had the equipment on them theres not much we could do?? Either way it was kool, in a way its better to have stayed in those conditions as if we call ourselves Sikhs of the Guru, we shouldnt be affected by those conditions. It may have been a test, to see if we could really drop our standards for a week or just expect to live high class lives all the time.

WJKK WJKF Camp was brilliant!! We didnt get the luxary accomodation like most of the campers, our guys, the "nihangs" in the camp got the like low class side off it where the rooms stank of P*ss and other excremental scents... But was wicked!!! Lectures were good, amritvela killed it, kirtan was good! but the experience was overall wicked!!!! Just a shame ended tha way it did.... Still wicked camp and i should be goin next yr!!! Anyone know where the pictures the sevadar in purpley colour dastar is putting the pics up?? He got some great snaps and so wona see!! WJKK WJKF
