ok i was like before i could not quit eating eating meat but then i got ill on a bad level and i was like i may aswell be dead but then i took the advice of an older amritdarri sardar and he told me to start to pray and i thank guru jee as got my life back as i got exactly wot i used to pray for if only i could reset my immune system as it was messed up, my treatment does exatly that it reset's ur immune system........... dhan dhan waheguru..................... iv quit eating meat but have taken the advice from my doctor to eat oily fish, so i eat salmon to help my body repair nerve damage

to get ill on the scale i was, is really bad and not having no bleaf in sikhi is my own mistake and i always was like does siki really exist and wen i got ill i really did get my head in2 sikhi and did pray while laying in a hospital bed and god really gave my life back as its been 3 years and iv had no problem and my illness was over active b4, so now its only dhan dhan guru mahraj.............

I do truly accept the hukum of our guru's but I got diagnosed with a chronic illness and my nerves are all messed up in my body and am due to have an MRi scan soon and I want my nerves to be better and iv asked my doctors and they said to eat oily fish, so is that ok?

i would of thought u can buy a sarbloh kirpan in india but we all kno der are people out to make money from kirpans, but can i buy a real sarbloh kirpan? waheguru jee ka khalsa, waheguru jee ke fateh

am not dissing the kirpan, i do respect it and wen i take amrit am not guna wear no toy made by people trying to make a profit, i will wear a sarbloh kirpan, which is made to fight with....

i do agree the kirpan is the best in any 1 on 1 situation...........
