Just my personal opinion on this:: i would like to do 5nj ishnani of my mind... ishnaan in the sagar of "gurbani" and my 5nj's are be "kaam,krodh,lobh,moh,ahankaa" 5nj ishnani is to take the dirt off from your body parts so, even thou u took shower earlier but because of the "hardwork" your hands feet face gets dirty. Thou it is necessary to wash of the dirt of the outer body and it should be done, but at the same time we should have 5nj ishnaani of our "mann" so jad assi Guru sahib dei darbar vich jayiyei, assi "swach" hoyiyei.. Khima jeo, daas, Barik.
