  1. Even more simple, why don't people just cut back on the sugar in their diet and excercise more. Get your bloods done before and after and see if there are any changes.
  2. No, there are patterns of behaviour that you pick up on when you have some experience of women. Once it gets seen, you cannot unsee it.
  3. Women generally get over break-ups better than men. Oneitis is not good. I can guarantee that she was seeing other people far sooner than 3 years. But it is good that you never went back with her, as the expression goes , "never root through the trash once the garbage once the garbage has been dragged to the curb" She probably only wanted to get back to you because she saw you as her best option until she found in her eyes something better.
  4. https://www.instagram.com/tv/CIe65c4gMfk/?igshid=1pn7tz6txkucq The Bollywood Jetset are remarkably quiet, though I prefer they don't virtual signal. Probably because they all worship their god Ambani. The Urban HP Khatri does miraculously discover their Punjabi roots, it's almost as it's like a switch you can turn on and off. Go figure!
  5. I remember a few years ago I had a couple of gora colleagues during the time of the Countryside Alliance (if anyone recalls around fox hunting). There was a discussion at lunch-time and one of the goreh was from city and the other was from the west country. They had a bit of an altercation because the city gora was talking about how cruel fox hunting was and the west country gora goes to him , " You have never lived in the country, you have no idea what you are talking about". What I noticed is that there is a rural-urban divide (I do not wish to divert the conversation, I just want to point at an example). I know a couple of HPs (they are the Urban type, big Modi fanboys) and they were trying say that it was all about Khalistan and the protests were a waste of time blah blah blah. I then proceeded to explain to them what was happening and what the ground reality was this was not about religion and infact that the whole of India (at least the whole of rural India is up in arms about this). One of them was trying to explain what the Bill contains and how it will benefit the farmers and how reform is needed. I am no farmer, I am really an urbanite even though my background is rural and I have some appreciation but I am absolutely clueless about the farming process and I will admit that. There is realisation of the rural-urban divide in India. As alluding to my gora analogy, these Urban Indians are telling the Rural Indians about farming when the reality is "You have never lived in the pind and never done kethi, you have no idea what you are talking about!"
  6. Sounds very noble and you are right in theory but it is not always the case in practice. This is from my personal experience. Elders are not perfect and they are not always correct. Elders also have different experiences from one another and have different opinions from each other. Nor do they all have wisdom. Never assume because someone is older than you that they are necessarily wiser.
  7. Does the BJP have a presence in Canada? https://www.firstpost.com/india/bjp-spreads-its-wings-launches-canada-unit-999279.html/amp
  8. Even better if we were smart is find out who this guy is. Do a trail on this guy, find out who he is associated with, who is paying him to do beadbi. You open up his whole network. If it is discovered that his paymaster is some HP Sunyara that owns a jewelry store who came to Keneda from Delhi or Phagwara 10 years ago, you figure out who the instigators are.
  9. I guess they are looking to cover their bases, lol. Sikhi is clearly not liked by the globalists. Probably because we don't by nature tow the line. There are things about us we don't see in ourselves that others see and it is threatening to them. Though the media as we know it is a dying business. Less and less people believe anything they say. Anyone with a phone can film things, put it on social media and it goes viral. We are the media.
  10. The Indian establishment must have sleeper cells around the world, particularly in the diaspora to forment trouble.
  11. It does seem that being a Sikh is seen as a thorn by the Indian establishment. Getting rid of this "thorn" would make things easier for them to further their agenda. They know that Hindus and Muslims will not put up as much of a resistance. It seems as Sikhs we galvanise non-Sikhs. If Punjab leads, the others will follow. The Central Government knows it has to deal with the Punjab Problem (that is how they see it). They can focus on one state. But what is Punjab's problem becomes Haryana's problem become's Rajasthan's problem becomes UP's problem becomes Bihar's problem becomes Tamil Nadu's problem. There is a domino effect. The Centre cannot deal with all these insurgencies all at once. If Punjab was Kirk Douglas, Haryana is Tony Curtis and Indian Govt is Laurence Olivier and the other states were the other slaves:
  12. Mr Bhangal gives quite a detailed explanation here. It's about an hour long and it has commercials you might want to skip:
  13. Did a quick check. There is approximately just over 40 percent of workforce in India is involved in Agriculture. Compared to most western countries which is less than 5 percent. The first order effect is impacted hundreds of millions of people's livelihoods. The second order effect is the other industry sectors like distribution, wholesalers and finally retail. They will also be impacted. This "reform" will have massive repercussions.
  14. Modi in theory should what's best for India. The issue here is that he is beholden to various lobbies like the large Indian corporates and Oligarchs like Ambani. Ambani's interests do not lie in what is best for India's interests but to himself and his shareholders and to the globalist elites that he is probably a member of. India's has banned a lot of Chinese apps because they do not want their population to be subverted by Chinese interests. However, that does not mean that india does not do business on the sly with China behind everybody's backs. The likes of Ambani will still do business covertly even if overtly China is adversarial. That is why it's important to watch what they do, not what they say.
  15. Privatisation can also mean foreign players can come onto the scene. China is buying swathes of land in Africa and elsewhere to grow food, they could do the same in India. New Zealand bulk of agriculture goes to China. What if these companies decide to sell food produced to China for higher prices and not to local market?
  16. Do you know what other system other than MSP is present. I can see this game played by opening up the market to private corporations. You see the same scam played with privatisation of other sectors. It looks like that you open up the market and seems to be "free" market. What will happen is small operators get swallowed up and eventually gets controlled by a few big players. You get less players and less competition. The smaller players will close their farms and you end up mass industrial farms with bonded labourers. It is going back to a feudal system by another name. You have Mr Ambani with his Reliance retail stores. He will squeeze the all suppliers like Tesco does in the UK. Those farmers will be forced to sell their land to him. He will control the production of food and the sale of it to the public. If him and his cronies start to control the price, they will push all those small retail stores that sell food and they will be put out of business. He and his ilk will control everything. That cannot be allowed to happen.
  17. Modi is good buddy of Ambani. Ambani stands to gain from this farming "reform". He wants Reliance to take over all the farm land. Like he does with every other industry. That is why company is called Reliance because everybody has to "Rely " on him. Never rely on a Gujju! There are levels to the Patel hierarchy. If you ask a Gujju about his craftiness they always shift the blame to another group of Gujjus or another merchant class. They will always say, " it's not us, it's those marwari 's"
  18. These guys are not shy in front of the cameras. The farmers are coming from all over India except one place: Gujarat! Modi is only looking out for his own fellow Gujjus. I wonder if in general if Gujjus are hated by other Indians
  19. If we were like the Cow Belters we wouldn't be their "sword arm". The irony is lost on them. They are clueless, absolutely clueless.
