    If we follow the dietary requirements of Sikhi and avoidance of the drugs and alcohol and tobacco our fertility will not wane because we will not ingest the pesticides, herbicides, antibiotics and hormones of meat and eggs and fish, and avoid all the downside of the narcotics...and our lifespans will be long and healthy

    it is interesting that the less muslims understand about their granth's content the better humans they remain ...and the less we know about about our Guru Granth Sahib ji the worse humans we are ... I have met decent Muslims who are open to Guru ji's message and we can do charcha and at the same time I have met too many 'sikhs' who refuse to listen to Guru ji's words because of some intellectuals words.

    actually samson kept kesh because from a baby he was prohecised to be there to do a special sewa/task for Akal Purakh ...he never cut a hair or drunk alcohol .     first thing Angrez did was seperate us from Dasam Bani by getting their brahmin spies to put doubts around it's value ....if we promoted dasam Bani in all the Gurdwarey and it's understanding people will realise Pita ji says I made you to be free , not under anyone else. Haven't you noticed how committee's start interfering with katha vaachaks and kirtaniyas who sing , speak , explain dasam bani ...it is almost like their lives dependent on keeping us away from that ?

    'It aint half hot Mum' was the above series ...Dad for some bizarre reason watched it but we were not allowed near it (thank you Waheguru) the only actual desi guy was the bengali/bangladeshi chahwalla...seventies TV was openly racist ... The desi TV program was the catchy 'nain zindagi, nain jeevan'

    but did Grandad let you watch David Attenborough programs ? yep TV was a minefield on Sundays all day long ...in the mornings songs of praise or that one with Harry Secombe belting out hymns ... oh well we survived...you can get the water margin on DVD ...funny I can still hear Dad mucking about and singing the theme song....
