  1. Applies to pretty much any country in the West. An ex-Muslim lays out the truth in a frank and uncompromising manner.
  2. When Christians refer to "turning the other cheek" they weren't only referring to the ones on their face... ? Funny isn't it, in the West they're accomodating Islam in their typically ingratiating manner as if their so-called selflessness will be reciprocated, yet in Punjab they're quite pushy and forceful in their efforts to brainwash and convert Sikhs.
  3. Wear a chequered parna tied in a knot around the back of your head. Gandasa tucked into waistband is optional.
  4. They don't want to hear it. It angers them. There's no love or emotional pull for the land or the culture. It's all empty posturing in folk songs and films. The only thing that speaks to them is money. I've been saying it for the past couple of years, but when the bhayya issue becomes irreversible and something that can't be rectified without bloodshed, THEN apne will wake up. Too late. Sikhs will be cast as the villains; the Buddhists to the poor, innocent Rohingyas (bhayyas). The media will pounce on the "evil" Sikhs; our faith will be dragged through the mud, because we'll be attempting to rectify a process the entire planet is in the middle of being brainwashed into believing is the default mode of existence: the erasure of borders, the unfettered movement of bodies solely for economic purposes, and the gradual elimination of any culture or religion that sets itself apart from others (special dispensation for Islam, of course, because that's the weapon that'll be used to subdue the rest). Us Western based immigrants are in no position to baulk at any of this. We (or at least out elders) were arguably the first to benefit from these policies post-WW2. Be prepared to be accused of being a hypocrite on a regular basis. ?
  5. I don't think he's being fatalistic at all. It's acknowledging a reality that seems to be facing us. I disagree with his overall conclusion, but there WILL be a significant reduction in practising Sikhs. It's nothing to do with doom-mongering, negativity, or anything of the sort. The idea that we'll always be around is lulling ourselves into a false security that's feeding an mentality of inaction and complacency. That's dangerous for many reasons. Long-term and irreversible damage to Sikhi should be something that we should endeavour to prevent NOW rather than anticipate and welcome a scenario where a loyal minority will continue flying the flag against all odds after an apocalyptic episode of destruction. That's just feeding into a narcissistic frame of mind that's part of the overall Indian mentality where most people consider themselves to be latent heroes. I don't doubt Sikhi will survive everything that's thrown at it. My concern is what form Sikhi will resemble after such a scenario.
  6. Indians are SO insecure. There's a video on YouTube called The Sikh Dilemma. It discusses how Sikhs are caught between India and Pakistan, and their respective political and religious power plays. It tentatively posits that Sikhs aren't safe in-between these two religions, as they don't really have their own "home." The amount of butt-hurt from Hindus in the comments section angrily commenting that Sikhs already have a home in India, and that there is no "dilemma." ? I've noticed the Indian masses have a natural tendency and preference for authoritarianism and fascism, either when they enforce it, or when it's enforced on them. They cannot abide good-natured plurality. Again, it explains why they were invaded and conquered on multiple occasions.
  7. Muslim women, when given the opportunity, love fiercely, and like their male counterparts, have a certain seductive way with words. That, for any normal man, is an attractive quality. The dull (perhaps) obtuseness of Sikh women is quite off-putting for some, but on the other hand it's this block-headedness that is a virtue in times when hostile outside forces seek to target those women for nefarious purposes.

    Boy Names

Karnail. Swaran. Manmohan. Good, traditional Sikh names.
  9. If Trudeau keeps turning up at mosques for Eid, and sends out Ramadan greetings on his YouTube channel, you guys aren't too far behind! ?
  10. In that case, I wonder what the tipping point would be, in terms of India's mistreatment of Kashmiri Muslims before "something" happens. If India keeps applying pressure in Kashmir and continues its general Hindutva policies, then I think the recent Arabian outcry and Western verbal interventions will begin to increase. India's recent squaring up against China is a poorly planned strategy. China's own problems with the Uighurs gave both countries somewhat of a common problem (uppity Muslim demographic needing to be taken down a peg or two before they become a bigger problem), but India decides to posture on the international stage by pandering to growing Western anger at China for the Covid crisis.
  11. Like I said, if this woeful ignorance of Sikh realpolitik becomes the default amongst Sikhs across the world, then we deserve to disappear off the face of the earth. Greater civilisations than ours; empires that flourished for tens of thousands of years; that enriched humanity and contributed to its evolution as an intellectual and spiritual force, are now buried in the dust and nearly forgotten. We're on the downward curve before the 600-year milestone. If we don't buck-up our ideas, the sands of time await, ready to embrace us into nothingness.
  12. The posts above the one you quoted provide the context. The general attitude of willing subordination to Islam and Muslims -- where we willingly and easily compromise our core beliefs (particularly those that contradict the modern liberal narrative), in this example providing solidarity with Muslims -- in general that's being pushed by a certain ideological faction of Sikhs, as a misguided attempt to exemplify the tolerant and oneness strand of the Sikh religion. What they fail to understand is that these displays of magnanimity would only be respected and considered a virtue by Islamics if we ourselves were in a comparable position of strength. Instead, this grovelling subservience (dressed as haughty piousness) comes across as an act of pathetic cowardice almost as if we're getting ready to be conquered, so that when the inevitable does transpire we can remind our conquerors how we stood with them. The problem for our cowards is that the Muslims won't care. As for the "game" it's part of the grand Problem>Reaction>Solution process that's been in full flow for a while now. Every major and subsequent minor development on this planet is as a result of said process. I wonder why our myriad of brahmgyanis and mahapurashes have no knowledge of the world outside the confines of Bharat despite the worldwide migration of Sikhs for the past 70 years or so.
  13. The Kashmir issue seems to have been seized upon by certain Western parties as a means to damage an India that is seen to have embraced an intolerant and extreme attitude to Muslims. Kashmir is being discussed in the open in a way it never was in previous years and decades. What are the chances of India crumbling under immense and concerted pressure to let go of Kashmir?
  14. Anyone in post-Guru Sikh history who has displayed a less than accomodating attitude for external groups and movements that wish to see us destroyed are now being viewed as enemies of Sikh morality. I can't believe it. How many years until we see hit-pieces and revisionism aimed at 6th Paatshah for daring to militarise Sikhs instead of quietly and pleasantly succumbing to Islamo-Mughal tyranny? It's on the horizon. Absolute clown world.
  15. ^^^ His idea of fostering communal relations is pulling down his kachera, and being taken up the jacksie by his beloved communities. How easily these worms discredit and dismiss Sikhs like Bandha Singh and Sant Jarnail Singh.
  16. Sikhi in the West is in danger of becoming a subservient and supporting ideology to Islam. I say if we can't see the incredibly layered and nuanced game being played in the world, that has now kicked into another gear, we deserve to be wiped out.
  17. Scandal after scandal yet this guy keeps going, lol. Besharam.
  18. Don't forget racial neptotism, too. And a monumental white guilt complex that's facilitated their "rise." Most of them being able to pass as white probably helps. It isn't entirely organic. Their holy scriptures state unequivocally a non-Jew isn't worth the nail of a Jew, so there's many other factors at play that the modern Western culture tends to avoid highlighting about Jews lest they be labelled as anti-Semetic.
  19. Can't let the Sikhs monopolise the religious free food market, can we? It's definitely an attempt to overshadow well-publicised Sikh efforts. If they can hoodwink any kaffir stragglers into the Islamic fold, well, that's a bonus!
  20. Any culture or race worth a damn has always created and forged regardless of the field of work. We're nothing but nomadic consumers feasting on the achievements and feats of others.
  21. They try that with people they assume can be "turned." They have a strange knack of being able to sniff out weakness, and then exploit it. I've noticed on a few occasions in recent years a look of disappointment in their eyes when they see an identifiable Sikh who still has a fiery aura about him. I'm sure they'd be much happier if all of us were sub-5ft 6 bespectacled pen-pushers.
