  1. Anyone who touches Guru Granth Sahib Ji, regardless if even just one ang, in my opinion is no Sikh. For or against Ragmala. No better than the Indian army or Hindus who have attacked Guru Granth Sahib Ji. It truly does seem like now a days Singhs are only good for fighting each other. Can't recall the last time any Jatha hum huma ke turned out to face our enemies. These debates should be put aside until we can learn to debate like logical adults.
  2. It's not a big deal, just to show respect to someone who is there administer juice. Do it or don't enter a court. Bowing however is different in my opinion as it symbolizes submission. Edit: what the hell, administer juice? :lol2: I mean to say administer justice lol.
  3. Bro, BC is (speaking mostly in terms of the Vancouver area) quite expensive to live in, jobs are sort of scarce too, but depends on your field. Alberta has more jobs, but their economy took bit of a hit and job situation isn't as good as it used to be. I think renting in Alberta is about as much as it is here in BC, but buying a house should be cheaper. I hear some Sikhs are settling in Saskatchewan, may want to try it out there, but a lot less Sikhs.
  4. It's not unity if Sikhs continue being naive little fools sucking up to muslims, and they don't return the favour. This is just sheer stupidity. They don't even take care of our existing Gurdwaray, let alone make new ones!
  5. Wonder what they did to annoy him or what korsi they desire lol. Only reasons why I could see someone publicly getting on their knees for Badal.
  6. Me? I have never believed nor said that he worked for anyone, but for Sikhs. I believe some individuals within INC were rooting for him, but unlike others I don't take that too mean he was their creation or agent. Mahaan shaheed 20mi sadi da.
  7. I am an internet shill paid and funded by one Waljinder Singh. But seriously lol, who have you convinced yourself that I work for?
  8. Cynical is my middle name bro lol. I think the Gulf Nations are wary of taking in too many refugees and having some terrorists slip in. Gulf states love stirring the pot across the globe, but have a no nonsense type of attitude when it comes to their own backyards. They're also generally not the most caring people, so they won't want too really take in refugees or spend their oil money on refugees.
  9. So they're basically just oppurtunists... If they're fleeing for safety, then they should have no problem going to Qatar or Turkey (both of which are stable nations), and going back to Syria once peace returns. You know, considering safety is their biggest priority. Apparently hundreds of these refugees tried attacking Greek officials too? Lmao. Ungrateful scum.
  10. Of course, they'd rather have what are basically slaves to do all the dirty work than to actually bring in fellow Muslims and help them out.
  11. Strange people they are, they whine and moan, but don't help their own people. I've heard the Palestinian refugees are treated like scum by many. By that logic then Qatar and Turkey should be taking in just as many refugees, if not more. Its not just the USA thats the bad guy in the Middle East, I'd say Muslims are their own worst enemy in the middle east. We all know how well liked the Muslims in Europe are (sarcasm), so I just hope Canada doesn't open the floodgates and end up in a similar situation. Should be a lot more picky when it comes to Muslim refugees and who gets entry.
  12. There is zero evidence of that. He even addressed people spreading rumors that he is "chela" of so and so.
  13. Can't disclose that info, sorry bro. You could probably guess it though! Sanjay was a big player, but he died 1980, I'm pretty sure Rajiv essentially took his place after. Not sure how I ended up saying Rahul in the first post lol.
  14. There is zero evidence. Bhindranwala addressed the "agent" rumors in his speeches too. As he distanced himself from the Akalis and their friends, they began too fear him more, and it was the Tohra/Talwandi/Longowal types who were behind these rumors. Its as simple as this, the real traitors and collabrators with Gandhi survived in June, those who put Sikhi first didn't. However, it is very possible and likely that Rahul Gandhi was pulling strings, such as more media coverage for Bhindranwala, too harm the SAD. Santokh Singh of Delhi and Zail Singh also probably helped him escape to Mehta Chowk, but still doesn't make him an agent.
  15. Find these Sanatanis pretty ridiculous myself brother. Maybe we need a Singh Sabha v2.0 lol.
  16. First of all, I've never heard of anyone giving their a sister kirpan, so stop trying to put a Sikhi twist to this. Secondly, it is a scam, because guys just looted out of hundreds of dollars. It would be ok, in my opinion, if it didnt involved tying some pointless thread for "protection" or whatever it is.
  17. Who cares what they view us as, with their history, their judgement is insignificant. But, despite the fact that I am pro Khalistan, I agree with you that now is not the time for Khalistan. We need to become stronger first with good leadership, a Khalistan right now would instantly fall into civil war. You can bet India and Pakistan, hell maybe even China will flood the states with arms so their friends come to power.
  18. Shade? And well as Sikhs we shouldn't take part in these meaningless rituals. It was already dumb to begin with, but now its just become a scam lol.
  19. After looking at the numbers, it really does seem like Doaba is taking most of the damage. Situation is horrible there, even the countryside is Hindu. At least Majha and Malwa countrysides are still dominated by Sikhs. Outside of Doaba, it is really only Ludhiana (city) and Gurdaspur (district) that hurt Sikh numbers significantly. Ludhiana really is ridiculous, massive growth, of which Sikhs contributed little of.
  20. So then why also tie a "rakhri"? Also, not surprised that Preet liked your post. Also how is it the philosophy of Guru Gobind Singh ji?
  21. I don't think we need that 90% overwhelming majority, but of course it would be nice. If the 57% we do have was comrprised of quality Sikhs, we'd have a solid hold over Punjab. We need the Badals out, get rid of them and we can free SGPC and the Akal Takht, giving us some power over ourselves again. With SGPC's funding they can start mass parchar in gurdwaray and give funds to gurdwaray to help the poor, and with the political power we can legally crack down on anti Sikh practices and elements. But then again, who do we have to replace the Badals even? Its a dire situation.
  22. Are most or a lot of these gurdwaray in UK private? This is a good step for UK Sikhs, but it still leaves corrupt oldies in power, who will no doubt try to find some loopholes. Here in Vancouver area, we have a newer Sikh Youth organization that has won at one major gurdwara, and at another smaller gurdwara. I'm not sure but they may also soon attempt to win over another major gurdwara. Seems to UK has plenty of Panthic youth, should go for a takeover. Now a days it is the older "Sikhs" who need a beating.
  23. It's obviously a grammatical error, you know and I know it. It really surprises me how many people are willing to look stupid just so they can take a shot at someone.
  24. Well, whatever you do, don't wander into gurdwara hoping for an Anand Karaj ceremony.
