  2. If the allegations are true, I think such things negate any perceived good done by such people. The amount of people that will have their faith shook to the core because of things like this is not negligible in my opinion. It's worth reading that brother from Sikh Unit's account of such stuff. I've always (as you all know) highlighted targeted abuse of apneean. I think we need to keep it real about abuse within the community too. Including towards males. We have to break down the taboo around it. It's a real issue and our conservatism towards confronting it only gives the nonces more opportunity to do it. There's a chariter in CP that covers it. Will try and find it.
  3. It don't matter where he's from. Nice to see a brother being constructive and engineering! Go on Singh!!!!!
  4. That's an old post If I'd known what I now know of Corbyn, I would have never posted this.
  5. They are responsible for the current state of Panjab. End of. If you want to sit on the throne, you have to take responsibility for the state of the kingdom. What we are seeing are the results of this 'dominant' group's (as Ranjeet put it) decision making on Panjab. I meet and mix with these people all the time, they don't seem to have that higher thinking capacity to develop economies or culture, they just jump on whatever prototype someone else makes in droves, to supplement a constantly diminishing landholding in their family. Whether this was/is joining some army, immigrating abroad for low level work, crime. Same old story been going on for decades, if not a century now. They don't seem to have any grand vision. It says a lot that they haven't even set up trade schools out there despite this being the main source of desi jut employment in the UK at least.
  6. I hope so. I really hope apnay get our act together now and start overcoming a lot of the petty crap that now defines us. I've always thought India itself should be a Sikh country. I think we've got conflicts coming our way one way or another.
  7. Look, Akaal Purakh gave you this life as a gift. No one said it is all supposed to be all roses. Threatening to off yourself over something like this is so terrible in my mind. There may be times when a geezer has a genuine case to consider suicide, like facing horrific torture, or a terminal illness that isn't going to end well i.e. unbearable pain and ending in a vegetative state, but what you're saying is completely unacceptable. You should be able to answer why it is so tough for you to some degree. Do you keep yourself physically fit? Or are you happy bowling around like a slob? Do you have good skills broads need like listening to nonsense and keeping your mouth shut? Do you wear nice aftershave or just splash on some Old Spice? Have you worked on yourself to up your attractiveness game? I know someone who's been hitched from Sikh matrimonial sites.
  8. I tell you what. I think it is sometimes easier for an older bloke to get a broad than a younger one. Providing he hasn't slobbed out. By that time, the older birds have had some self-conceit knocked out of them, and get desperate. Also, the girls family usually suddenly do a volte face too, and all their fussiness disappears when they face the stark reality of their princess (who is now getting on) not finding a geezer. Then some start opening up a bit, not being so rigid on caste or race even. Allowing criminal records and that. It's hilarious when you think about it! lol Waheguru's creation makes me laugh sometimes. lol
  9. Nah, you have to have some strange mindset to want to be some judge and jury on society. Especially knowing full well you are joining an organisation that is now renown for it's institutional racism and corruption. Having to take orders blindly whatever you might feel about things. There's been a few cases of policemen and women being sacked and harassed from the force for highlighting the covering up of pedophilia. Being given that much power is naturally going to attract weirdo, power freaks. They are just getting some exposure now.
  10. At least it might keep the conversions to christianity in check? But I think it might lead to factionalism too, it's not going to be long before Panjabi juts are going to start eying up any funds coming through new Gurdwara networks in the new areas and conflict arising over this. And it's fiction put out by McLeod, that other Panjabis went into Sikhi because of juts. Many had long standing relationships with Sikhi all the way from the Guru period.
  11. He can convert to islam for protection too. They take anyone. He'll probably be in some isolation wing for a bit though.
  12. I think they are playing a sneaky game. Well the vast majority of them. They know exactly what they are doing, or at least what is going on. They know it benefits them. Some bull5hit 'diversity training' is just another way of someone making money, and some tick boxes being filled to make out like they've addressed things. You very rarely (if ever!) change people's deep convictions and cultural moorings through diversity training courses. And even if they keep the odd harmless token around, it doesn't really prove anything. All that's happened is the racism/nationalism has gone underground and operates secretly. I see union jacks and red cross flags all over the place, all the time, so no, they aren't worried about showing it. Plus if you witnessed what vile and lowlife things used to get done by overt racists under these flags, you'd understand why so many people got embarrassed to be seen with them. Imagine if people would conspicuously use a nishaan sahib, pi55 and shyte on people's doorsteps, threaten and intimidate people who couldn't defend themselves, including women and children, attack lone people in packs, spit on people, abuse them, swear at them and much more. If this was taking place quite frequently, by people 'proudly' rocking the nishaan sahib most of us would be embarrassed to be associated with it. I think the 'unconscious bias' ones are simply people who can't deal with the ugly reality and go into denial. A lot like some of our fudhoos when it comes to facing the reality of casteism in the panth.
  13. I think most, if not all of it is conscious bias. It's a deeply rooted structure they have in place to ensure their supremacy and access to the best resources for less work compared to a recent immigrant or the children of such immigrants. It's exactly like a caste system but operates quietly and tries not to bring any attention to itself.
  14. Look at what they let this guy get away with: Sarah Everard's killer Wayne Couzens showed off PROSTITUTE to Met colleagues at work party, calling her his 'bit of brass' The married cop brought a sex worker to a colleague's tenth anniversary party He called her his 'bit of brass' and joked about having to pay for sex An escort also once turned up at his Bromley station demanding money Monster policeman Wayne Couzens showed off a prostitute to his Met colleagues at a hotel party, calling her his 'bit of brass'. The murderer, 48, invited the sex worker to his colleague's tenth wedding anniversary party, despite being married. The killer, who was jailed for life this week for the abduction, rape and murder of Sarah Everard, 33, also once had a prostitute arrive at his station demanding money. Couzens was out on patrol and was called back to the station by his sheepish colleagues and escorted her to a cashpoint. A source told The Sun: 'When he came back from the ATM he said she was Eastern European and that he couldn't be messing around with her or the people looking after her.' Meanwhile a witness at the hotel party said: 'We knew Wayne was married and expected him to turn up with his wife. Instead jaws dropped when he showed up with this woman dressed really over the top. 'He was quite open about her being an escort. He said "My wife can't make it so I've brought this brass with me."' The source said they saw Couzens in the toilets who was laughing about having to pay for sex, adding: 'He gave me the creeps and I wasn't the only one.' The monster was known among his fellow officers to have arranged meet-ups with call girls in local pubs. He was nicknamed 'The Rapist' by colleagues and was once reported for slapping a female officer's bottom at Bromley station, but no action was taken. There were also reports that he drove around Kent naked from the waist down in 2015. And three days before kidnapping Sarah, he allegedly flashed a McDonald's worker. It had been known that Couzens' car was reported by staff at a McDonald's restaurant in Swanley, Kent, after two female workers said they had been flashed by a motorist there on February 7 and again on February 27. The complaint was made on February 28. But last night it emerged the CCTV evidence showing his number plate had actually brought up Couzens' name as a suspect on Met police systems. Yesterday a McDonald's worker who was flashed by the sexual predator blasted officers for 'not acting quickly enough'. The worker, who did not want to be named, said: 'The police took our statements and took away CCTV. If they had taken this more seriously, they could easily have figured out that he was a policeman who had committed these crimes. 'The police had three days to stop him but didn't. It could have stopped him from doing a lot worse.' It comes as it was revealed that Couzens was deployed to guard MPs at the House of Commons on multiple occasions before he raped and murdered Miss Everard. The armed police officer, 48, performed duties in the Houses of Parliament at least five times despite being nicknamed 'The Rapist' by colleagues and having a known history of sexual deviance. The killer was even issued with an 'access-all-areas' pass, one senior parliamentary source told The Times. It has also emerged that Couzens received up to £10,000 from the Met Police in pay during the four months after his arrest. He was not officially sacked by the force until mid-July after he pleaded guilty. Couzens joined the Met's elite parliamentary and diplomatic protection command in 2020 with very little or no additional vetting. The Met previously refused to discuss his Westminster posting and said last week his 'primary role was to patrol diplomatic premises, mainly embassies'. But after inquiries by Commons Speaker Lindsay Hoyle, a Met spokeswoman said: 'Couzens was deployed to armed static protection duties on the Parliamentary Estate on five occasions from February to July 2020.' The revelation has sparked fury among politicians who believed they were working in one of the country's safest buildings. Hoyle said he was 'extremely concerned' and would be speaking to under-fire Met chief Dame Cressida <banned word filter activated>. He said: 'I have asked the Met to meet me urgently to discuss how this person could have been deemed suitable for deployment here. Further, I will be seeking reassurance that at no time was anyone on the parliamentary estate put at risk.' Labour MP Rosie Duffield, who has been the subject of online abuse and threats, said: 'It's chilling that someone whose nickname was 'the Rapist' was guarding MPs when we are told that we are protected by a ring of steel.' She also called on Parliament to hold a security review to ensure it does not happen again. One senior parliamentary source accused the Met of deliberately trying to 'mislead' authorities by claiming Couzens did not have a parliamentary pass. A separate row has broken out over the salary received by Couzens after his arrest in March over the brutal killing. The Met claims it was bound by law to keep paying him until he pleaded guilty, after which he was sacked following a misconduct hearing, But a government source said Home Office lawyers determined his estimated £33,000-a-year salary could have been withheld once he was arrested and charged. It is not clear if he will be asked to pay back the earnings accrued while he sat in a jail cell. The latest revelations add to the growing failures and oversights by police to stop Couzens before he carried out his horrific crimes in March. A former head of Scotland Yard said police chief Dame Cressida must be held accountable for an 'appalling series of blunders' in the case. In a stinging rebuke Lord Stevens, who served as Met Commissioner between 2000 and 2005, said: 'You have to look at yourself and say can I continue? Can I continue with confidence? 'Can I continue in way that brings around the change that's necessary to make the public feel safe – and in this particular instance, women safe. And further, have we got people in the police service who should not be there?' https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-10053085/Wayne-Couzens-showed-prostitute-Met-colleagues-called-bit-brass-befor-emurdr.html?ns_mchannel=rss&ico=taboola_feed_article_desktop_news
  15. An OBE also known as the OBN (Order of the Brown Nose) saying exactly what the establishment want her to. That's why they give them those titles. No one is saying that whites don't have pedophile gangs, but that doesn't take away from the fact that certain other minorities (i.e. pakistanis) are vastly over-represented in grooming cases. That they target their victims along racist and 'religious' lines. In the end, as Sikhs, we should frankly recognise that the english establishment's inherent racism has recognised the threat of these groomers to white girls, but still continue to put vulnerable Sikh girls at risk by denying what members of the SIkh community have been saying for 4 decades now. All Sikh females in the UK should recognise and acknowledge the contempt they are held in by these people.
  16. That's because juts are leaving the cesspit they've created in Panjab in droves.
  17. Ex-police chief claims it 'has taken death of a white woman' for trust in policing to be addressed after Sarah Everard death as she slams Cressida <banned word filter activated> for Met's lack of action in tackling misogyny Sue Fish, former chief constable of Nottinghamshire Police, slammed Met Police She claimed the force's safety guidelines have 'absolutely no insight whatsoever' She called them 'completely absurd' as fury grows about the Sarah Everard case A former police chief has claimed it has taken the death of a white woman for the issue of trust in policing to be addressed. Sue Fish, the ex-chief of Nottinghamshire Police, said every woman she knows would have got into the car with the Met Police firearms officer who used his warrant card to kidnap Sarah Everard and then raped and murdered her. Ms Fish also slammed Dame Cressida <banned word filter activated> for a lack of action in tackling misogyny in the Metropolitan Police, saying its safety guidelines have 'absolutely no insight whatsoever'. She rubbished them as 'completely absurd' and 'impractical' as fury grows at the handling of the Sarah Everard case. Scotland Yard bosses are believed to remain sceptical about recording misogyny as a hate crime despite the majority of other chief constables backing the move. Some senior officers are said to think the reform - drafted in March after Ms Everard's death - is not needed because present legislation is adequate. Ms Fish's powerful intervention was echoed by Alice Vinten, who served in the Met for more than 10 years as a constable before leaving the force in 2015. She hit out at the 'lads culture' during her time there and said women were still worried to report concerns about their colleagues. But she was shot down by former Met Commissioner Lord Blair, who said: 'It simply cannot be the case that this lads culture of the 1970s is surviving everywhere.' Meanwhile politicians including former Home Secretary Sajid Javid, Prime Minister Boris Johnson and current Home Secretary Priti Patel also weighed into the debate. Mr Javid today called for a reform to policing in London but said he backed officers who do 'an amazing job'. Mr Johnson last night savaged the 'infuriating' failure of the Metropolitan Police to take violence against women seriously. And Ms Patel ordered police to take harassment and flashing more seriously and dismissed the idea that they were 'low level crimes'. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-10051791/Ex-police-chief-slams-Cressida-<banned word filter activated>-lack-action-tackling-misogyny.html
  18. I have to say though: In relation to sons always being preferred etc. That's bollocks now I think about it. I know hordes of Panjabi fathers that can't stand their sons (and vice versa) and are constantly dissing them! I meet loads of apnay blokes that are always moaning about their father's kartootaan (i.e. comparing them to themselves and others), getting so irate that the vein starts popping on their forehead when 'talking' to the son. I think it's Panjabi mothers that spoil their sons and think the sun shines out of their bhunds. We know they generally don't like other females from how they commonly treat their daughter in laws.
  19. You can live in muslim majority area in the west and experience this, forget country.
  20. Do you mean 'conditions' not 'attachments'?
  21. It's game over when you start doing this. Plus, what happens often when you're in a culture where relationships are essentially taboo, is that you don't really see real ones growing up, that will reflect your own later experiences; and thus indirectly pick up on strategies for the long haul through osmosis. So you imagine what it will be like, and most of us when young, find it hard to tell the difference between saccharine, stylised portrayals in movies, and real life. Women are especially susceptible to this. Has anyone seen broads watching a 'dramatic' TV series or movie? F**king straight mesmerised! You know even many of our very own mothers are like that! lol Throw in the western world's selling women of colour dreams of a fulfilling career that use them as exotic eye-candy until they get past their sell by date (i.e. no longer look 'well fit bruv' and can be replaced by a younger model that looks: 'well fit bruv') - what do you expect? Plus some women need to be told: "Are you perfect?" "No!" "So why are you looking for someone perfect?" "Because the fairytales said so!" "..........groan......"
  22. That's a load of white washed bollocks. I know from family history, tarkhans did the type of work that everyone needed. It wasn't just making farm implements. Everyone needed tables, furniture, combs, doors, so they had clients from all castes. I know for a fact as well, juts had a reputation of trying to avoid paying for services whenever they could. I've worked with desi juts here in the UK, and I've seen them ripping each other off regularly, so it still goes on. If you think that there hasn't been deep rooted hatred and oppression of what used to be called chuhray and chamaars in Panjab you are a lying scoundrel! I've never heard anyone make as much noise about this than juts. I've never once in my life even heard the issue talked about by any single tarkhan. I think there might be an issue of having some supremacist 'established order' out there that has now been challenged, and certain people don't like it. Like whites who were dismayed at the breakdown of aparteid in SA?
