Yh amritsar is quite dirty. It's a old city with lots of small narrow alleyways. But still its cleaner than other holy cities in india. I watched this documentary about varanasi and the gori presenter had to cover her face with a scarf because there was human sh1t everywhere on the streets she even fell flat on some human poo while walking around at night. And ganges is filthy im pretty sure its lost whatever purifying powers it once had, a long time ago. Factories release tons of toxic waste into it everyday and then sewage waste is also released into it, on top of that the dead bodies floating in it. Even the trains that cross the ganges on the bridges actually empty their toilet waste tanks into the river while the trains are going over the the bridge. Hindus say that ganga is their mother and a mother takes whatever her children throw at her!

Though Punjab is still messed up in many ways in comparison to other states its sill much better! Punjab has one of the lowest rape and domestic violence rates in India while the neighboring states have the highest. Hygiene in Punjab is a lot better than other parts of india. Modi made 100,000s of toilets across india yet majority of the people still prefer to poo outside and instead use the bathrooms as stockrooms! When i went Nanded area i saw people taking a sh1t on the sides of roads! I'v been to many mandirs and dargahs in India and they are really dirty! Gurdware are the cleanest places of worship in India.

I been using 2 dumbbells and there is a slight different in my arms though iv been only doing it for about a month. If you do basic stuff like pushups and bench dips its helps too But iv developed this disgusting looking layer of fat since lockdown I looks repulsive lmao so iv started skipping and running on the treadmill If you chew your food a lot then swallow it it helps with keeping in shape lots of water as well

People who starch their paghs also gell and glue their dharis, this is probably even worse. Your dhari is supposed to flow not be plastered to your face. Most people who glue their dharis to their face have damaged their dharis and have bald patches in their dhari.

Singhs who allow their women to wear half nangi clothes have no shame. And are a disgrace. Putting your women on display like that for everyone to look at is basically no different to selling them.

dhari hair a really stubborn i dnt think you can straighten dhari hair lol i think some guys use the straighteners but i personally dnt like that look! even my mucha are curly lol! i like it how it is tbh ... -
my hair are very wavy and tangle a lot but my hair are not heavy their quite light so i just use one of those detangle brush, but the bottom is very tangly and i just use my hand to untangle the strands not much you can do tbh! but my hair are not heavy, i'd imagine heavy curly/wavy hair to be very difficult to manage.

Well the point would be to marry later on. I would only date som1 to marry her , not casual dating. Its a sin to have sex b4 marriage. Obviously being humans with feelings you would get urges to get all touchy feely etc but you really shouldn't all that should be for after marriage. I'v done some silly things in the past with one of my female friends b4 i got into sikhi and i really regret it. you can still date without having sex, many religious people do that. I was watching a video on youtube of a christian couple who dated but left the sex till after marriage like it should be.

i just checked online and Guru Arjan Dev Ji established a home for the lepers near Tarn Taran Sahib sarovar and used to personally take care of the lepers.
