Paji there is a lot of information on this in the katha on raagmala, by Sant Giani Gurbachan Singh ji (i think - will try and find out). In it a lot of questions regarding how to control giaan indre, karam indre, getting rid of dubida etc. are answered. It's a pothi sahib with viakhiya, maybe sum1 can spread more light.

Next *Kamaee Camp* for Singhniaan is in Oldbury, Birmingham at a penji's residence, it starts on Friday 13th at about 6:30pm and finishes on Sunday afternoon. From the clock tower in the city centre (5 - 7 mins walking distance): Walk up the High Street (the road McDonalds/Highcross is on), once at the top of the road cross the 'bridge' and the end of the bridge turn right, walk past the church and the Gurughar is on the left next to the Fireplace shop.
