  1. Finally someone who is looking at the bigger picture, instead of letting his own insecurities and jelousy get the better of him.
  2. and you are a patit as you seem have to have ZERO pyar, satkar or nimrata judging by your comment. If getting with a 'patit' is such a paap, then why dont you stop chasing money? aint that against baani aswell?
  3. I get what you saying bro but Gursikhs should in theory be pakkeh in their own thing than to be swayed by one individual. I get gursikh women feel they be shunned, but even if he married one gursikh girl, he wouldnt have married the remainder. the guys had a love marriage with someone who he actually loves, and like i said before, gotta rate the girl for not rejecting him due to his sikhi saroop. bigger issue here is that all the haters are appearing to be jelous and on the nindiyah bandwagon.
  4. typical B.S on this thread which symbolises everything with our kaum today... which is 'amritdharis' becoming masters of nindiyah. Yeah i agree jagmeets wedding etc isnt a conventional gursikh wedding, nor his is mrs. I agree that Guru Sahib shouldnt be taken to beaches, BUT wake up people. The guy has become an icon, made amritdharis and singhs in particular look good on a global level, he has a raised the voice of 1984 and generally has made our kaum proud. in the real world, instead of cussing him for marryin a non amrtidhari, maybe we should rate him for getting with a girl whose actually good looking and seems quite popular? Lets be real, most 'amritdharis' would love a mrs like that but oh wait the rehit police will be after them lol. Why dont we rate the girl, accepting a gursikh as a partner? Once again lets be real, how many non amrtidhari girls prefer gursikh guys? Sad yes, but its the era of kaljug. People cussing his dress sense? but yet probs the same guys u see at every smagm in the same clothes over again. until the nindiyah stops - which if you read bani is a major thing that bani teaches us against, we aint gona get nowhere as a kaum. food for thought... has anyone actually spoke to jagmeet as a brother, spoke about any issues and actually tried to explain anything back with facts from bani? or let me guess, its just cyber nindiyah lol.
  5. bro what your describing is what i have seen in london too, everything from our girls with all sorts to nihangs in clubs on the session.
  6. Agree with what your saying, Sant ji was and always be the head figure in the sangaarsh, however how do you mean Khalistan will be established in canada? canada isnt gona give its land as khalistan? also none of our ithiasiq gurdwara sahibs are there.
  7. Why would anyone agree to marry someone without even speaking to them? Punjab is not stuck in the middle ages and people are in someways a lot more forward than us in the west. This whole story sounds like a mix of Big Tera's pathela which is usually full of goat meat, masala and mircha LOL. Actually no, it sounds more like what his pathela of goat meat turns into once hes eaten it all....
  8. I agree bro, its a shame because hearing stories from seniors in my family and the josh displayed at the first rally 84 is a distant memory of what the march is now. Even the local london news dont cover it anymore, i doubt the GOI even send their spies there anymore. In regards to burning flags etc, i remeber a few years ago some the 'top khalistanis' from the uk getting their kachereh twisted when this happened, which led to a kick off between them and the youth.
  9. Apologies brother, i have read your posts now and i agree 100% with you. hyde park june is a fun day out with nothing productive being achieved... handing out leaflets to tourists?! or having people read out poems on stage? low key politicians speaking on stage? the march should continue every year but the josh, passion and fire is missing and this needs to be back, also whats the point walking around hyde park? surely its the embassy where the protest should go?
  10. Im guessing you mean through a hathyaar band sangarsh yeah bro? are you going to or planning on leaving your house, family etc and go to punjab and do it? im guessing no. have any of us done anything worthwhile for the living shaheeds... aka hawara, rajoana, tara, bheora, khera, chaura, lakha etc? easy to talk about alternatives to an armed movement, reality is not many are up for that. the main thing we need is prachaar on a grassroots level and i dont mean smagms or divans of ragis and babeh. i mean we need to target our brothers and sister who are away from sikhi and show them the magic of our dharam.
  11. I wouldn't say UK is a lost cause, there is a lot of Sikhi here and the Singhs are proactive in general in various forms. The issue we got here is the same as everywhere else, whether that's Punjab, Canada, Australia, usa etc and that is people going off the path of sikhi and doing the opposite of what sikhi teaches. the new age youth seem weak, a lot of younger girls with goreh while the lads don't seem anakhi. but I guess this been the same since the 70s but now with social media its more frequent to see. However saying this, there are still a lot of young amritdharis too and hopefully they can help take us forward. I remember growing up in the 90s, despite the SP and the Khalistanis being active, the majority were very anti singh types. Since then the tide has turned massively, a lot of these anti singh types ended up becoming singhs themselves lol. I know I sometimes come across as negative and frustrated, but I have got full faith in Guru Ji and our kaum will always be in chardi kala. From the days of 100s of singhs having their heads cut off, from bibiyah having their babies cut limb by limb to the days of beantah paapi when our nau jawan were hunted like dogs... we have, will and will always be in chardi kala such is the power of Kalgidhar Pitha's Sikhi!!!!
  12. Agree with you bro but generally apneh have moved onto bigger and better things, which unfortunately means trying to get away from other apneh. Regards to leamington and telford, leam is getting suleh now aswell, but the apneh there are pretty much a waste of time. telford i think has got new housing areas which are seeing apneh from wolves move there, although i know proper telford has got a lot of suleh too. problem is with more apneh moving to gora rich areas is that they become gorafied themselves, and their kids are even more gorafied. while other desi strongholds such as gravesend got the same issue of the 40ish yr old generation seem to be gorafied and their kids even worse. issue there is that you got a lot of african refugees moving in, who suprise suprise are muslim.
  13. has anyone seen Vaapsi? i watched bits of it and thought it was quite legit but then again i didnt watch all of it
  14. goodluck finding a sikh area in the uk... the old strongholds of handsworth, smethwick, southall, hounslow, slough etc all been taken over by suleh, kosovans, romanians, kurds etc a lot of apneh have moved out of these areas and into more nicer areas... e.g. handsworth to handsworth wood, to great barr/park hall and now on to sutton coldfield. This trend is similar in places like west london where the old southall lot moved to nicer areas.
  15. the gigi hadid example is exactly what we need to aim for, lets face it, our people are following the same trends as these people, all you gotta do is look at a lot of 'sikh girls' on instagram and you will see they living their life this way. but somehow we gotta engrain the sikhi seed in there somewhere so that when things like the jaggi issue arise, we have got the common masses supporting. or if they do end up with goreh kaleh etc, they be proactive in promoting sikhi to some extent. this may sound radical, but atm our common masses are so far from the path its incredible.
  16. leam comittee aint even singhs, most are moneh sessioners who cant even speak punjabi properly. all money men whose own kids are messed up. then the odd 'singh' they do have such a motha sio the mayor, well lets just say even the others in the committee are better than him
  17. I agree 100% that we all need to sort ourselves first, then our close ones and if everyone done this then positive effect will be massive and widespread. However, this isnt as easy just talking about it, no kaum in the world even sulay are all 100% devout, tbh they probs the most corrupt out the lot if you look how many of them are homo, sessioners etc. our kaum cant be cleansed of sharab nasheh etc, even during Sant Jis peak the majority were still up to puteh kaam. However, what we can do is extend olive branches to our brothers and sisters, show them the beauty of sikhi, become role models ourselves and show the oochah and soochah jeevan of a Gursikh etc. hopefully then they can come towards the path of Sikhi.
  18. a lot of you are cussing people for going out and getting drunk... but how do you plan on stopping it? by being internet babeh? or by actually getting off your a$$ and helping the community? someone said you dont expect singhs in baaneh to be at these places, which i agree with 100%... however why is it when issues such as rajoana, bhullar, jaggi etc come up then the singhs expect the average punjabi whose a sessioner etc to be there? I may across as rude or abrupt, but all i see is the gursikh faction of our community sideline the average man, but yet expect them to embrace sikhi? look at groups like Sikh youth uk, these have gone out and helped your average punjabis (addicts, girls who been groomed etc) and they have made a massive impact. time is now to sambaal our kaum, we all hype about Sant Ji but Sant Ji did exactly that. He went out to the average man and showed the power of Sikhi, the most common thing we got now is nindiyah - BIG DIFFERENCE.
  19. typical sat night in bham, most apneh are p1ssed up, with the freshys at the bhangra places and the wana be players at places like mooch bar, where you get most of the dodgy apniyah. whilst the apneh are showing off buying big bottles of vodka or giving it loads to each other, you got the suleh coming in acting bad. by the end of the night, if they apneh aint kicked off with each other or pulled a girl, they usually go home with a kebab lol. the suleh meanwhile will get in their nice cars (usually rentals) and impress the girls. then you get the odd apna who will be walking round on his ones or in a small group and become a victim of the suleh acting bad. or in some cases ul get the apneh who start it off themselves and then get battered. dont get me wrong, there are a lot of apneh who are attacked innocently, but the sad thing is we as a race out in a multi national city have become easy targets. The same singhs in the gurdwareh armed with shastars, in baaneh or wearing tshirts with ak47s appearing to be militant are not going to be seen in these environments, or even if they were they would most likely blame the guys who are out labelling them sharabi regardless of whether they are or not. after 30 odd years off b.s with suleh, most apneh know what the deal is with them. suleh are clever aswell, any apneh who are a potential threat, they lick their asses in clubs. from my own experience of when i used to go clubbing, being a big lad part of a group with at least 10 other big apneh and sometimes kaleh, these suleh would always make the effort to reach out. funny enough it used to be the apneh who would cause us issues. my point is, if we saw suleh out acting like idiots, full of hot air, club full of their girls acting like kim kardashian what would we do? treat them as a joke yeah? my sympathy is with this pagg wala who got knocked out, but the bigger picture is that our own people have become easy prey, while those preaching and cussing them sat in the safety of gurdwareh or within their own gursikh circles aint nowhere to be seen. we need to bridge the gap and educate our people cleverly just like suleh do. my cousin sisters go out drinking, but i always ask to know where they are, even picking them up at stupid o clock, or my nephews i have got into training so they grow up being able to fight. bhul chukk maaf if i have offended anyone but this seems to be the bitter truth.
  20. more like use the name of Sikhi to make money yourself
  21. LOL sikhcoin - are you planning on using it in Khalistan?!
  22. Typical scenario #1 - a lot of Punjabi boys are mummys boys, who really cant do anything major outside of their families and houses and then try acting big in front of their wives. but when the wife, who comes from a liberal background, where she is used to going out, got a decent career etc, is suddenly chief enemy soon as she wants to live a similar lifestyle in her in laws house. This usually leads to the saas starting on her son, who in return switches on his wife instead of growing a pair. But also, I forgot to add, the guy himself goes out, goes on holidays (usually to mess around with hookers) etc and all is well. fact is, we aint living in the 70s anymore, where majority of the women our mothers age put up with domestic violence, alcohol abuse, cheating husbands etc due to divorce being so frowned up on. Typical scenario #2 - the girl has messed around with loads of guys, meets a decent guy who usually is quite well off and thinks she will live like a queen. After the marriage hype, she gets bored and starts messing around again. this scenario actually applies to the guys too. Typical scenario #3 - control freak kinda guy, seen as a good guy cus he got a good job etc, but psychologically bullys his wife. there are loads more types of scenarios, but a common theme is tht divorce is on the increase, particularly to the point where our community is full of divorced women who are psychologically left damaged by their in laws and ex husbands. and surprise surprise, this turns them against us and straight into the arms of goreh and suleh.
  23. They are brainwashed themselves and therefore enforce their views so strongly. But they mix this with vices such as drugs, going to clubs, smoking, drinking, shisha places and sexually and therefore it is easy for vulnerable people e.g. 'uneducated Punjabi girls who know next to nothing about Sikhi' being groomed.
  24. Well said, the whole Amritsar/Taran Taran/Gurdaspur area is filled with historic shrines, so asked a question about 'Amritsar Gurdwara' is very uneducated...similar to asking a question about 'The London Gurdwara' LOL
