  1. True. We desire a fleeting illusion. True
  2. As per above, acceptance of your life, of your Karam of reality brings peace. Try to be happy and grateful for what you have, even the small things like food, shelter etc. I’ve just come from a place where life can be such a struggle for many, many don’t have enough food, live in rooms with 4 others etc. We in the west are extremely fortunate in so many ways. And read Gurbani and apply it to your life practically ie, Truthful living. Bani is the Guru and Guru is bani.. the gyan is there for your taking. Learn to listen to and trust your intuition and accept that He is all pervading and is everything and everyone you see and all that you don’t
  3. We humans complicate things. Complication is an endless and bottomless well of negativity. Live simply, accept that you have nothing and are nothing ( We’re all just One), relax and become more peaceful, reacting to negativity and adversity with an evolved psychology such as that which the Gurus practiced (Gurbani applied, Truthful living). You can live truthfully practicing Gurbani even whilst in the midst of immense maya and temptation. Even in a hellish realm, you can live in the light.. it’s the psychology that you Choose to practice.
  4. Do what you want, be a good soul. Mai Bhago didn’t care, she rode off to battle and lead a group of men with her. As a girl she was free and did what she wanted. Your gender doesn’t dictate the level of freedom you have, but it’s your choice. Perhaps remember that we come alone and leave alone. Most people will experience the pain of losing someone they loved or once loved. Those who are fortunate in this Janam would have recognized that fact that All is Truth/ God, you’re a part of Him so have faith. It will take you time to get over the separation of your husband but you can move forward with your own life and be happy. Take care of yourself and give yourself time to heal if you need to.
  5. We are all moorakhs for the most part. It’s your third eye being activated. Let it happen, it’s a good thing.
  6. Relax, listen to the ringing sound you hear when you relax (Ahmad naad/ primal sound). Let go and let the Samadhi (meditation) take you. Naam is all around you. The trees whisper it, the humans live in Karam of it.. without it, the sun wouldn’t rise and set and there would be no water, earth, food etc. Its everything you see and everything you don’t, it’s the Truth... and God is Truth. When you do naam Jaap, you’re connecting with the universe and beginning to realise the Divine Truth of who you really are and the universe around you. The illusion fades bit by bit, when you do it and when you practice and apply Gurbani to your life. The gyan (Divine knowledge) of Gurbani is the Guru. Be a good soul, forgive and be kind to yourself and all around you. Realise who you truly are. You are Truth, a part of God. The drop is in the ocean and the ocean is in the drop.
  7. In addition, naam, applying gurbani practically to your life is the cleansing and purifying of the soul. As this occurs, you will have experiences like this one. Many have out of body experiences where they can navigate the khel. Try and do simran if this happens to you.
  8. It’s just the soul, same one we eat, sleep work, enjoy life, relax with. Hence we’re able to attain jivan mukhti here, as the soul is eternal.. the human body is temporary. We shed it like snakeskin and continue on our journey.
  9. The energy is the Truth presence. You’ll eventually realise that it’s all pervading, because it’s God.
  10. It’s positivity. You’ll see that color in auras around Guru Nanak Jis head in pictures and paintings.
  11. Sat1

    Gurbani for phobias

Do naam simran and try therapy, if you commit to therapy and implementing it, can be effective.

    Ms

I’m sure not every one of his dreams come true. Ask him if any of his dreams haven’t materialized and perhaps he’ll see sense.
  13. You probably had an out of body experience, google it. After death, the khel is like that for us, navigating the second energy ie the astral world.
  14. Can you leave your job and work somewhere else? It sounds toxic and you’re not a slave to be working at less than minimum wage. I’m sure your value is a lot more than being abused like this, and I’m sure it’s against the law. The law of karma is complete and what goes around comes around, whether positive or negative. You don’t need to do ardas for karma to take its course. It occurs so we learn. Hence when we receive the slap of dukh, it’s for our own betterment, and it’s wise to learn the lessons If there are any and grow from it.
  15. I’m tired of your calculated targeting on here. I’ve asked you before to stop replying to my posts as you have been overly rude and aggressive on here. I won’t respond to any of your posts moving forward. Please stop replying to my posts, read gurbani and come back when you’ve understood it or you’ll always have an issue. Figure it out for yourself.
  16. Agreed. Naam is more than you seem to think though. It’s Truth..it’s Gurbani applied. You can go into samadhi just by applying gyan. I saw demons as a child, on a regular basis. And of course it made me turn to Truth. I remember during childhood, picturing Guru Nanak In white light whenever I felt scared, and feeling calm. No one told me to do it, it was just instinct. Relaxing, being at peace and not falling for the BS.. ie the maya in the Khel... recognizing it for what it is, brings you to a point where you don’t fear these things anymore, for now you’re aware of the Truth. It’s all just God.
  17. If you live the psychology that everything and everyone is God, you won’t care about this stuff.
  18. Sat1

    Mars

There are plenty of planets in the universe, we would be arrogant to assume that earth is the only one that harbors life or is even as advanced as other planets.
  19. I’m not sure that you’ve read it. If you had you would understand The concept of Jivan mukht
  20. Practicing Gurbani, applying it to your daily life ( Truthful living) is all that’s required.
  21. When you do Simran, you go into samadhi. We’re already in constant samadhi in waking life as this world is an illusion, a dream. You just go deeper into it. If anything you don’t understand comes up, ask God to guide and show you the truth. Some are lessons, guidance, gyan and messages.
