    What I don't understand is how come he is getting all this attention? Is it something that he did or said? Or is he related to some popular personalities perhaps? Also, what is the objective of Deep Sidhu's organisation that he's said to be heading?

    Off late, I've been seeing this gentleman very often. Today I read a news piece calling him a follower of Santji, and somehow his story is related to Deep Sidhu. Can someone pls enlighten me what's happening?

    I clicked these pics is December 2021. Found this right on the side of the main inner entrance at Darbar Sahib, Amritsar. Seems to be a picture of a Yogi. Looks totally out of place and suspicious. Would be grateful if anybody who knows the "why", "how", and "when" of this, could share their knowledge. Thanks!

    Waheguru ji ka Khalsa Waheguru ji ki Fateh! I want to ask whether shastar are needed to be parkash'ed in front of Guru Granth Sahib ji Maharaj when they come to our home for a Sukhmani Sahib or any paatth like in a Gurdwara, or is it optional? What is the basic overall maryada to be followed when Maharaj come to grace our home? (apart from the one that no intoxicants should be in the home, that one I am aware of) Waheguru ji ka Khalsa Waheguru ji ki Fateh!

    This could be a part of the reason why many Pakistani Punjabis started to maintain a distance from Punjabi language and adopt Urdu which they recognise as more cultured. Enna ne taan edarle akhoti singera ton vi vadh gand paya hoia.

    I wish there were more Indian languages too though, like South Indian Dravidian languages, Bengali, etc. Still it's very good.

    Gurpurab diyan vadhaiya ji. I bought a new kanga just today. Could you please tell which oil is to be used and for how long the kanga needs to be soaked in it?

    Something that I found regarding the 125000 paatth:

    At the end of Brahm Kavach, we read the last line of dohra goes "paatth sava laakh havan kar jeet jung tab hog". At a basic level, it seems like it means "when you do 1,25,000 paatths of Brahm Kavach along with the Havan, you shall be victorious in the battlefield". There are videos of Nihangs doing just this. But I've heard as per SGGS ji, Havan is not in line with Gurmat. Why do Nihung Singh light the fire? Someone please reply and dispell my doubt. Thankyou. Waheguru ji ka Khalsa Waheguru ji ki Fateh

    While I agree and don't like the fact that the Indian establishment treats Sikhs as cannon fodder and we should excel in other fields too, but we should still recognize the bravery of our fellow Sikhs who lost their lives.     Why is it that most people criticizing Indian urban Sikhs are the ones that don't even live in India? You won't have to face the consequences so it's easy for you to say all this stuff sitting on the other side of the globe, living a decent life. Things are not much better in rural Punjab either btw. Most of the Sikh youth cuts hair, assumes English sounding names and dreams of abandoning Punjab instead of improving it. Their lineages too, may some day criticise native Indian Sikhs instead of contributing positively to the cause. You can't just point out the shortcomings. Solutions are what we should be focusing on instead of pointing fingers amount ourselves.
