Brother.. its VERY saddening.. no actually its depressing at seeing the awful STATE of punjabi elders who got nothing better to do. The way I think of it is: They are jealous end of day. They dont want you to influence their punjabi-fied kids into Sikhi. They want to cary on their dirty generation of caste-system and dowry-giving and ritualisitic life to prove to themselves that they were right. i thought that too... until we nearly went down that path - Guru Ji stoppoed us thankfully. but what did it result in? I broke up with her for Sikhi.. and as a part to fight my kaam i had to stop contact with her. Before we were best frends or "fwends" as u say. Now? Nothing. Why? Becuase of this stupid relationship. I can't think of marrying her now becuase i cant look at her without kaam. After-marraige life will be a disaster for my Sikhi life, as I wont be able to control my kaam. oh yes the classic bollywood movies. Nothing like it. In no other types of movies will you get the maximum of 30 mins scenes between irregularly played love songs.
