Its not about how fast your read its about how fast you can understand and recite or remember the "real" meaning by guru ji behind each tuk. I never did santhaya or learned by anyone but when i began at age 8 doing japji sahib took me half an hour (i began by each tuk and each meaning after it).. now that i remember the meaning of tuk and can remember it before even the second clock ticks i am able to do my japji sahib in 5 or less mins... Again its about understanding.. guru ji says that people were born they red and died but gained nothing.. why? because they did not tried to understand the meaning and live by it.. You should begin by sanchee and later try to remember the meanings and slowly you will be fast also...

Hi, I don't have school all this summer so decided to work. I got accepted as a CSA w/ an airline but later when i gave them my resume they promoted me to be the Sr. Flight Editor & Floater and Incharge of Departing Flights at Newark Liberty Intl. Airport. It requires me to work beyond the customs sterile area and my office is also in the sterile area. I am an amritdhari sikh so i have to take off my kirpan before i go to my office. Do you guys think i should keep going as i am right now or try to talk with the Customs Sr. Security Coordinator to give me "Armed" status on my ID card?? Please reply soon.. Thanks!!

I was just watching CNN and the Korean students on Virginia Tech campus and other places are feeling like they will be hated.. and criticized.. Korean Ministry said that they are ready to face any act of haterd against any Korean in US no matter what so ever.. The PM of Korea said that he had talked with President Bush.. regarding this and has called all Korean Associations in US to aware Koreans that they stay in groups instead of being alone unless further notified... Senate Judiciary Commitee after a call from Korean Forgein Minister saidthat they are trying to do their best to stop any incident against Koreans in US.. and all Colleges and Universities have or will be holding counseling (legal also) to bring awareness, so that such an incident or hate crime against Korean does not takes place.. I wish Indian Govt. had done something like this after 9/11 attacks..
