if we wouldn't take a gutka into the washroom (cuz bani is one the phone), would we take a gutka to other places where i phone goes with us?, such as school, parties, etc.. i know i lend my phone to people all the time, and whose to say they didn't just come from having a cigarette. Im not promoting reading bani on the toilet, but ur argument is not valid as we would not let people who just smoked touch a gutka and would not take a gutka with us everywhere either like our phone which gets touched by jhoothey hath, we also wear our shoes while holding our phone and place it on dirty public tables where only god knows how many germs are on btw scientifically the kitchen has more girms and is dirtier than your washroom so putting ur phone on the kitchen table is also very disrespectful according to your argument. Once again, im not for reading bani on the toilet, but i if this singh is asking, obviously he wants a logically sound answer for not doing so. The argument the sangat has provided so far contradicts itself in so many ways such as would u go half naked in a gurdwara reading bani (which no one is stopping u from doing btw, many gareeb people in india probably do), or would u take a gutka into the washroom

bhagat ji is the singh fourth from the left, he is bhai jarnail singh and giani thakur singh jis ustaad.. sant baba gurbachan singh ji khalsa did an ardaas for 5 singhs to write the steek of guru granth sahib ji, bhagat ji and sant kartar singh ji were two of the singhs.. since that ardaas baba ji has dedicated his life to completing the steek and has created a strong base of resources for the panth to create gianis, paathis, and mahpurkhs.. we just need to take the base and bring it infront of the panth in an interactive media that is accessible to everyone and everywhere

yes daas does have the recordings and many other artifacts granths pics videos pothiya from sant baba jees time, just need some help or guidance on putting it in an interactive form before it is all released... and yes we would like to make those kinds of videos, we have other ideas as well, it just depends if someone could teach us how to put it together, maybe using flash or something a little more advanced than the videos above, but if not, then basically a replica of those but with babajis recordings... eitherway we're looking for someone to teach us how to take the precious things we have and compile them in an interactive form like the above video

vjkkvjkf does anyone know how to make the nitnem videos that have bhai jarnail singh's audio with the bani and translations? .. daas wants to make one with the audio of bhai jarnail singh (paathi)'s ustaad... baba ji's recording is more shud than bhai jarnail singh's or any other paathi of today, baba ji used to be in the panj piaarey with sant kartaar singh under sant gurbachan singh ji's jathedari in case anyone was wondering.. please pm me if your are good at these kinds of things or if u know how to use flash so we can work together to bring these amazing recordings in front of the panth in a multimedia form that would best benefit the youth, or if u are a techie and would like to get involved in other seva in the technical departments (flash, websites, movies, audio recordings) anything then please pm me as well .. we have very puratan information, granths, artifacts, recordings, pics, and videos from dhan dhan sant gurbachan singh khalsa ji's jathedari which we'd like to bring infront of the panth but there's a lot of work that needs to be done technically such as editing recordings, making these videos, making websites, flash animations etc that we could always use help with thanks

is there an easier way we can download all of these? maybe contact one of the big website people like sikhvibes.com and get them to host the keertan so it can be downloaded faster and easier.. this way takes too long

I definitely also do not want to attend a program that twists sikh principles. So if anyone knows any universities and their programs, plz post them. THANKS!

there is a way to use sikhitothemax.com on ur iphone with gurmukhi fonts, i did it for mine. its on the tapoban forum just search for it ..its basically a source u have to add, then restart ur phone and it should work.. hope that helps

the leaders of today are crack.. if im not mistaken, Sri Guru Dasam Granth Sahib Ji was prakash in Akaal Takth itself in puraatan times.. ever since this revolution of the 'sgpc' took over our gurdware, they got corrupted with kurseeaa, money, and votes.. none of them care the least bit about keeping maryada, doing nitnem, and instead of telling people to take amrit, telling people to vote for them, .. then we talk about having khalistan and running our own country.. we can't properly govern our own dharam, how are we supposed to manage a self state without unity, proper leadership, and unconditional pyaar with Dhan Dhan Sri Guru Nanak Dev Sahib Ji-Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji imagine, if all our leaders were amritdhari and did parchaar to take amrit etc, the rest of the kaum would be in chardi kalaa 2.. i dont blame our kaum for any of this though. I blame outside forces for coming in and paying people off to run dirty tasks and start to divide and conquer so to bring the panth down, Punjab was the only state that Alexander the Great couldn't defeat. Singhs are powerful, so is our panth, we just need to realize that and stop outside infiltration and stick to Gurmat Maryada. Do Ardaas and hukamnamey before taking any decisions in the panth and realize the Khalsa's true glory!

the 5 singh sahibaan of akaal takth don't have control over choosing who our guru is... tomorrow they cannot declare even Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji is not our guru because some <banned word filter activated> decided to cause ravok in the panth using the strategy of divide and conquer and just wanted to cause differences within us so we would destroy ourselves. Takth Sri Patna Sahib and Sach Khand Sri Hazoor Sahib still do prakaash of Sri Guru Dasam Granth Sahib Ji on an equal level as Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji and they are such historical and ithaasak gurdware for the sikh kaum. This maryada has been kept in the same times and well before of Mahapurkhs such as Sant Baba Attar Singh Mastuane, Sant Baba Sundar Singh Bhindranwale, Sant Baba Gurbachan Singh Bhindranwale. If those Brahamgianees did not question or hold any differences between Guru Gobind Singh and Guru Nanak Dev Ji's bani, i don't think anyone after them can make a seperate decision. Only the Khalsa Panth. Guru Gobind Singh Ji, out of humility did not instill his bani has 'Guru' as some people say, however they are his pavittar bachan and Maharaj Sahib jee says, "Aaphu Bol n Janda, Sabhu Kahiya Hukmao Jeeo". There is no dfiference between Guru Nanak Dev Ji and Guru Gobind Singh Ji so if Guru Nanak Sahib Ji said something, anything, it is the word of Akaal Purakh, same with Guru Gobind Singh Ji. Guru Nanak may not have called his own bani Guru, it took Sri Guru Arjan Dev Ji to compile all the bani and do prakaash of Aad Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji then it took Guru Gobind Singh to literally say Guru, but either way "Dhur Ki Bani Aayee, Tin Saglee Chint Mitayee" .. Bani was always guru, Guru Gobind Singh did not even have to say it. Bani came out of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji's pavittar mouth, there was no difference between him and his bani, they are one and the same. If someone says Guru Nanak Dev Ji was our Guru, well then his bani is your guru. No Questions asked because the physical body means nothing in sikhi. Guru Gobind Singh did not need to say Guru Granth Sahib is your Guru. "Guru Hai Bani, Bani Hai Guru". Any word that came out of any of our Guru Sahibaan's mouths are pavittar bachan of Akaal. If one considers Guru Gobind Singh Jee as the tenth master to inherit the jot of Guru Nanak, then there is absolutely no difference between what he says or what Guru Amardaas Sahib jee says, for example. Even if Guru Sahib did not compile Guru Dasam Granth Sahib by himself and it took Sant Baba Mani Singh Sahib Ji to do it, it is still his word bottom line. Dhan Dhan Sahib Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji took Sant Baba Kabir Sahib Ji and Sant Baba Farid Sahib Jee's baani and instilled it into Guru Granth Sahib Ji, but they did not compile their writings themselves, does that mean it was not their bani? No In these times of hardships, we cannot let people come into our panth and make us kill each other instead of work as one panth to fight injustice and carry on Guru Gobind Singh Jee's Pavittar legacy. It is not logical to say that before Prof Darshan Singh, no one else knew any better to know if Guru Sahib's bani was bani or not. Here is a man who follows 5 guys who have all been kicked out of the panth, now he his on the verge of being. He has read the same banis his whole life and now because of inconvenience of doing nitnem probabaly, he is challenging them. The man eats meat and has a family full of sharaabiyaan and vemukhs, (daas knows because I used to do seva at his 'academy' in Toronto). At his camps he brainwashes kids into his thinking by putting on false edited videotapes of Gursikhs and telling the kids that these people are bad because other people matha tek them even though they tell people not to. He does 1 hour of katha about bani at his camps, everything else he teaches himself is for nindya of gursikhs. I once saw yogurt with eggs in them being distributed in the langar and told the sevadaars, they said you can't get into small bareekhia like this, sikhi is bigger than meat, Prof eats it so its ok. I said what if there are vege kids here, they probably expect no eggs in guru sahib's langar, and the sevadaars said if Prof eats it, its ok. For this reason, we cannot let vemukhs teach us Gurmat, we must come together as a Panth and make decisions ourselves. The Sant Samaaj has openly challenged the 5 singh saahibaan on this topic, NO ONE can declare who or who is not our guru. Only the Khalsa Panth. Khalsa Jee Wake Up! Sabad Guru, Surat(i) Dhun Chela|| The Shabad is the Guru, Concentration on the sound is the chela --- sidh gost basically according to bani, the bachan is wrong.. i doubt sant baba ji even made that bachan, u prolly misunderstood or just heard it from someone else.. i know one of Sant Gurbachan Singh Ji's garvaees... he has minimum 2 loud speakers on at all times in the house, one upstairs, one downstairs.. then he has two mp3s on as well, one for his right ear and one for his left.. mans got kalaa.. i dont know what ur smoking when u say listening to bani has no phal .. as long as ur concentration is on the sound/vibration u dont even need to ever speak bani from ur mouth.. the point of doing bani urself is so that when u say it, ur ears hear the dhun.. but if u hear the dhun without saying it urself, then its the same thing.. once u get ajappa jaap, its just constant bani (anhad vaaje) playing 24/7 so really u aint doing it urself, someone is saying it for u kinda like an mp3 player lol... p.s if anyone has Sant Kartar Singh Ji's sukhmani sahib send the link or pm me .. thx

i dont think there's a gutka with all those banis in english, they're really hard to read and understand in punjabi so to read in english would be pretty wack let alone trying to understand whats written .. try learning punjabi.. then u can get a khalsa nitnem (budda dal) or a taksali gutka sahib, they both have a lot of dasam bani in it... if u just want meanings n stuff go to www.rajkaregakhalsa.net or type dasam granth in google.. better yet, you can download sikhitothemax2 (go to general in this forum n there's a thread there) .. most of dasam granth sahib ji is tanslated in english and it has the english transliteration so u can read it 2.. its a desktop software, try it.. i think its ur best best ..
