Fateh well i warm my self up first then stretch, after that i do..weight training...i jus luv doin that... :wub: ..then i do aerobics...now thats jus heaviiiiiiii.. after all the trainin..i start on gatka...which jus kills ya :lol: ...but i luv it tho :nihungsmile: i try to do that daily...but sum times i jus get too lazy..so i jus leave it for like a day or so but i have to say all the weight trainin duz help you do gatka...cuz of the heavy weapons...so it duz make it easier for u..well it duz for me neways Fateh
