what are you BASING this belief on? if the belief is founded on the fact that you have read Dasam Bani, understood it, Read Guru Granth Sahib Ji, understood it.........then you have the right to making a opinion that has a solid foundation............Ur Guru........... Yeah im saying only people who having an avastha of a sant samaj have any sort of kamai.........not people like you and me who sit on a forum discussing things that are way out of our depth................Kamai begins with 25 japji sabibs a day.................. over 10 sukhmani sahibs a day............having nimrata, having a thirst to read and understand bani........ONLY THEN any opinion you put forward is worth considering............ Gurfateh Jio, erm what time is exactly amritvela? you guys getting up at 12am? if so it is healthy to break ur sleep patterns, for example if your doing nitnem 12-4, make sure ur in bed for about 10-10.30pm he night before, have ICE cold kesi ishnaan and then go gurghar and aim to be home for about 5.30am and then let ur body rest say between 5.45 - and 8-8.30am and hopefully that should give u a more constant energy level because in effect u still getting ur required levels of sleep, u just spreading over different times........ Where god asks us to observe and preserve CHASTITY it is so a spiritual bond can develop between two souls..............a physical relationship plays no part in this........the connection is the foundation of what makes a TRUE relationship because true love is respect.................first and formost respect for the one who created you..........and once that respect is observed..........this becomes a true and solid foundation for all your other relationships to form, grow and develop........ Why are you hung up on someone's gender and age, for that matter? What difference does it make if a male or female comes in, 18 years old or 80 years old, so long as the job gets done properly?! lol waheguru this isnt about avastha or anything, im just saying that where people should be coming to a sikh forum from guidence and inspiration like i got from the sangat here when i first came.........we too should continue to ensure the quality of what we post is upheld to a good standard many posts that i have read regarding this issue have been either deleted simply bcos of what statred off as an innocent discussion or debate, has turned into a twisted battle away from the purpose of its origional intent or purpose............im not saying that everything is perfect and there should be no arguments etc..........(cmon i dont spend THAT much time in la la land :D ) but when replying to a thread especialy one dealing with a sensitive or religiously/culturaly based theme.................certain members jump in with our prejudices and flawed arguments and forget that many of the members here are under the age of 18..................it this realy the example we want to set of them...................those of you who have not seen these threads (peacemaker i AM surprised as this is like you 2nd home :D ) consider urselves lucky and be glad u aint seen them.............. Before people start jumping on the "It the mods fault cos they dont moderate properly" bandwagon let me remind you that ONE is responisble for their own actions..........the mods are not responsible for the hatred and vulgarity of whats in your mind...........if you have issues, Guru Ji has given us sangat, bani, bana, simeran......any one these will help you see whaeguru in all................. GURU TEG BAHADUR JI gave his life for these people you guys seem to hunt on a daily basis!!
