  2. Sikhs today don't have not a single leader who is respected by all sections. This vacuum doesn't look it is going to filled up soon too. What are your thoughts on this issue?

  5. I read the following passage in another thread. Instead of going off topic on the original thread, I have created this new one. -------------------------------------------------------------- I disagree that Baba Harnam Singh Dhumma has achieved many things by siding with Parkash Badal and his Dal. What has Baba Harnam Singh Dhumma accomplished in the affairs of the SGPC, Punjab's Government, or Sikh sovereignty since he's headed Dam Dami Taksal Mehta, headed the Sant Samaj, and nurtured such a warm relationship with the Badal family and the Shiromani Akali Dal (Badal) at large?
  6. Sorry folks, this is not another post to ridicule someone/ group of people ;p Instead, we need to look at ourselves and ask, what IS happening? What the 10 Guru Sahibs did for us... is priceless! Literally priceless. From Guru Nanak Dev Ji to Eternal Guru Granth Sahib Ji! By listening to constant katha and prachaars I am sure we know little, some or in great detail about the Guru Ji's prachaar and all the Sikhs during their times. We need to ask ourselves a few questions, do we go Gurudwara everyday? Do we aim to learn one new thing in Katha and prayers? Do we aim to spend five minutes in
  7. I’m wondering if you can help us with this at all? We want to reach out to young Sikhs for this unique leadership programme which is about empowering young adults to innovate and lead new spaces where faith and social action come together as one. We think this is a great match with Sikh values! · Could you help us publicise it? Could it go in your email bulletin and in any other networks you have? · Can you recommend it to any individuals who might like it? · And here’s the link to post on Facebook, Twitter, etc. https://www.stethelburgas.org/sacred-acti
  8. Baba Harnam Singh Dhumma condemns the attack on Baba Ranjit Singh Dhadrianwale in the first statement he makes on the subject: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Foow6GCyow Dhumma says: These actions need to be condemned in harsh words. Everyone should speak out against it. Sikh Jathebandis should get together to answer back on these things and need to mobilize themselves to stop such ploys. Then in the following statement, Dhumma's words take a change in direction: Check the Facebook page of the news channel for a better version: https://www.facebook.com/abpsanjha/ Baba Harnam
  9. VahegurooJiKaKhalsaVahegurooJiKiFateh! The sangat alone chooses who leads the Khalsa Panth, and we choose the Panj Pyare. Please share the image below across social media and set as your dp to show who you accept as your leader! #SachayAagoo VahegurooJiKaKhalsaVahegurooJiKiFateh!
  10. What Sikhs need is a leader/s that can unite all Sikhs. At the moment we are not a strong unit but a people divided who only care about themselves. Without strong leadership we will fail no matter how good we think we are. Take a football team for instance it does not matter how good the players are if they dont have a strong manager/leader that can bring all these players together, working in one direction and bring the best out of them. They will always fail as a team. It does not matter how good they are as individual players. Right now Sikhs should be dominating Punjab. But we can’t
