I want to share a story narrated by Baba Ranjit Singh about Baba Jarnail Singh Jeevan and it was very impressive.

He said that he met a Buzarag in Chandighar and when he was talking to him, the Buzarag said that he only respects and acknowledges Baba Jarnail Singh as real a Sant. Ranjit Singh asked why?

The old Buzarag said that he was doctor in Chandighar PGI and was a top notch alcoholic. Baba Jarnail Singh was admitted in PGI for few days as he had some stomach problems. He said that the hospital authorities assigned him to take care of Jarnail Singh. He said that he was really scared to go near him, because he was a big alcoholic. He remained there in Jarnail Singh's room for 3 days and nights. He said that Baba Jarnail Singh did not sleep for those three days and nights. He used to go for Isssnan and then sit and keep on doing Simran.

After 3 days he was well and released. Looking at Jarnail Singh's Jeevan, last day this Buzurag pleaded to Jarnail Singh to take him along. Jarnail Singh told him that we need you to serve Sikhs and keep on doing this job in honesty way and come to Darbar Sahib and we will meet you. Later he took Amrit along with his family members.

Now in PGI his sons, daughters, in-laws (all AmritDhari) are serving.

Buzarag thinks that Jarnail Singh was not really Sick, but was there to change his Jeevan.

This is a real Gursikh, you don't need to preach, your life should reflect and make a changein others life. As an alcoholic person is recognized by the smell he carries, similarly a Gursikh has smell of Sikhi Jeevan.
