ummmm ive got a question relating to gurbani, im abit confused.... so im just hoping sangat could share some knowledge d_oh.gif

ive come across different shabds where Guruji talks about True Guru..for now ill jsut post some tuks

jeh dhaekhaa theh eaek thoon sathigur dheeaa dhikhaae

Wherever I look, I see only You. The True Guru has inspired me to see You.

who is True Guru? .... in the 1st tuk Guruji talks about Vaheguroo, and then the True Guru inspiring him to see Vaheguroo...i thought True Guru is Vaheguroo.... as in"one" but now im confused? grin.gif

(im sorry if ive got the whole idea wrong to begin with lol)

On a side note, you should try reading Prof. Sahib Singh Ji's teeka when trying to understand Gurbani. It provides more substance than the English translations available.

Speaking the Unspoken Speech, I remain unattached.

O Nanak, throughout the ages, the Lord of the World is my Guru.

I contemplate the sermon of the Shabad, the Word of the One God.
