I have come to a stage in my life where i am totally lost i mean like its hard to explain but one time i was thinking and i started to think what color should i use, what words, what expression, what sound, what shape to describe him? I feel like my body is cage and i cant leave. When i talk to someone i feel as i shouldn't. I feel like sitting in a empty room all by myself and just doing simran and being there. im sorry for sounding so damn stupid, i just needed to tell someone.

im not too sure what you are saying. But i think you mean that you wanna find waheugurji, get gods darshan?

sikhism says that we shouldnt isolate ourselves from society by going to somewhere secluded and read bani/do simran. We should do simran 24/7 whilst living in society whilst working/eating etc

every1 goes through spiritual "hiccups" where they may start to question why they arent progressing as fast as they want to, is it worth it etc

jus have to stick out i guess, no1 said this path is easy
