Okay so here is the situation .. I am UNDERPAID .. I know that, my manager knows that..people around me know that. Thing is i do not need the money, i am happy with what i am gettin. So here is the dilemma .. its a kwestion of $ 20k/per annum :happy: should i talk to my manager or just live the way i have been living??

if you are not being paid at a fair rate for your work (considering your experience, education, and quality of work; as well as the pay rate of other employees with similar experience, education and quality of work), then talk to your boss.

if you just want more money, then seek a new job.

better yet, seek a new job, get an offer at a higher rate, then take the offer to your boss and ask him to meet or better that rate.

as long as you are honest and are not trying to get more than you deserve, then what is stopping you?
