some sikhs go to gurudwara, take amrit ceremony and come home and claim to be khalsa?

according to gurbani, khalsa is word for used for guru's, God. It means pure ones right.

Pure ones do not have stain of any of sins on them, they are true gurmukh, who have realised the truth, follow the truth and live the truth.

by calling yourself khalsa while you haven't defeated your 5 evils is a crime. It is like slandering the saint. You are calling yourself "gurmukh", but you cannot be a gurmukh if you are manmukh. you must have completely 100% defeated your 5 evils and be facing god's mind, not your own which is when you become god-realised soul, a brahm giani.

until then none of us are khalsa.
