Salok Shabad Or Something

Um so i was listening to this kirtan by Bibi Harjit Kaur:

lol it's a long link but yeah, it great kirtan, I recomend everybody listens to it. My question is that at around 10:31 Bibi Ji starts doing this shabad where she sings one line and the sangat sings the next. She starts with this shabad:

and then continues on sing more shabads in a similar style. Is there a specific name to this compilation of shabads? I've heard other kirtan tracks where compilation of shabads are also done. Do these have specific names?
