Please don't get the wrong idea, its not out of any feeling of superiority or anything like that. The abhiyas here will be done according to a certain technique which can only be taught by the panj pyare, if you someone doesn't have this technique attending will not really benefit them much as they will find themselves unable to join in with the sangat. Plus many of the Gursikhs have recieved a hukam from the panj pyare to only do naam abhiyas with those who have recieved this technique as well, people may not understand what the Gursikhs are doing and possibly start mocking or imitating them (some people do do this), also it is not right if people try to copy this technique from watching gursikhs doing it as only the panj pyare have the right to teach this. If anyone wants naam drir they can recieve it from the panj pyare that give it.

Your just talking rubbish really arent you where in ithihaas does it say you can only do simran if you know a certain way of doing there are many techniques to doing simran. Also yes panj do give you naam but it aint no secret and you can jap it with anyone. And you say if you want it go to the panj piyare that give it they all do people like you and your jatha just causing problems in the panth. So what your saying you have too have naam whispered in your ear or given 1-1 to be able to jap naam you talk rubbish.
