Cooking One'S Own Food After Marriage

Recommended Posts

I mean they must do a lot of bani, but how does one not get EGO or think of themsevles as superior if they do not even accept langar such as DHan Dhan Guru Raam Das Langar at Harmandhar Sahib,

These type of emotional statements are going to get the support of majority of sikhs but people who japp swas swas naam know that only a langar prepared by rehitvaan amritdharis can help one japp Naam.

But the problem of the panth is that many people have no clue about swas swas simran. For them, their sampradaa's maryada is the only right maryada.

Harinder Singh Ji, in a ideal world what you say would be true. But we live in Kalyug, so you should also take this into consideration.

Anyway, in the good old days, when the 4 traditional orders were more prevalent in the panth, do you think that they shared langar with one another, or took langar from Darbar Sahib? Or thought that if someone isnt mega in rehat, then they cant eat food from them? Where has this Brahmanism come into the Panth? Why are you becoming so much like the Brahmans who dislike of the shadow of the low-caste, is mirrored in your superiority complex over how someone in Darbar Sahib conducts their life. How is someones avastha going to affect yours if you are firm in your rehat?

this is the kind of bahman-waad that is killing the panth.

just a question that you may ponder over.

But heres a question that you may want to dwell on.

Guru ka Langar provides langar - bhojan for the body. GURU provides it, not the people who bring the atta and daal, or cook it. But only Guru Ji provides it. Why are you seeing people provide the atta and dal, and then see people cooking it?

Do you look at the avastha or rehat of people who sing the bhojan for the atma? Kirtan? Kirtan is bhojan for the soul, but if someone who does kirtan is not bibeki, do you refuse the bhojan that Guru is providing for your soul?

Do you walk out of Guru's Darbar when kirtan starts, the same way you walk away form Guru's langar? Because the effect is the same. If you dont, then you are being hypocritical.
