maharaj is talking about doing bhagti roopi kheti. (farming) and in kheti there is an instrument called a khurpa. it has a small handle, and is used to dig up dirt, for doing "godhi". and a basola is the same sorta instrument, but has a longer handle on it, so you can dig up the dirt while standing up, unlike the khurpa where you would have to get down on you knees.

here is a picture of a khurpa, so you can just imagine what a basola looks like, something very similar, but longer handle:

so maharaj is saying, in you budhi roopi tharti, or in the land of conscience and understanding, using a basola, dig out kam and krodh from your mind. we replace kam with jat. (eka nari jati hoyi, par nari dhee bhain vkhanai) and we replace krodh with khima (forgivness)
