Rajoana Case: Tamil Nadu Assembly Passed Resolution....why Can't Punjab Assembly ?

"The Tamil Nadu Assembly has passed a resolution demanding that the three killers of former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi should not be hanged. The execution was to take place on September 9."

The above happened in August 2011. If the Tamil Nadu government can do it, then why can't Punjab government do the same for Bhai Rajoana ?

See the link below (go to 1:07). The reporter asks Badal "Will this issue (Rajoana hanging) be brought up in the Assembly ?" to which he replies "Assembly vich tai edha ki lorr hai ji" which means "there is no need to bring this up in the Assembly"

Should bhaj Sahibs wishes be respected; with regards to him requesting no appeal against his death sentence?

It's seems Badal is against the honorary titles awarded by the akal takht to both bhai sahibs otherwise he would have endorsed them.. hopefully the media badger him into making clear his stance and details of what the steps they have taken on the matter.

Truth is the mainstream media won't go there, the Badal monarchy are too powerful and would make a an un-enviable foe.
