I imagine using improvised weapons would bring heat on the Singh if the pathetic <banned word filter activated> who started something were to go crying to the police. Just train yourself up with your fists. Nobody but the Singh to whom the turban belongs to should be touching your turban in public --- as soon as you feel a hand on it just start swinging hard, ask questions later. I'm not kidding.

Also in the west, sadly all the Singhs you see are either too skinny or overweight with unhealthy bodies.

I've noticed this. Why is this the case?

It's sad, but I just think most Singhs don't care about their appearance. This translates into a lack of physical fitness as well.

Wonder how long before someone on here blames the 'haircut jobs' for not wearing turbans and making the victim stand out or the usual excuses of 'these people need more education' or 'we arent muslims' gets prattled out.
