i just wanted to confirm if Darbar Sahib ever had paintings of Hindu gods, and if so, why?

yes i think darbar sahib does, but i am also not sure why?

i posted the same question at sikhawareness and someone told me that the paintings were added at the time of maharaja ranjit singh and not during era of Gurus. it was done to promote Sikh art and not to be worshipped.

lol......i very much doubt that they were dun for worship. They proberbly r just to give it a nice look? :D lol.......still waiting for a proper answer.

coz maharaja ranjit singh had those paintings installed only to promote Sikh art

dunno any other reason :D
