but when i bow and do ardas> i immdeiately become super duper humble. ..

i drop my ego for that moment of slave like humiltiy.....

WHY do i do that then ??>>>>>cuz if i don't, then i will just carry on digging my own holes everywhere cuz i would be too much drowned in my own ego and world.

my suggestion...

just do the ardas and even beg...>>> beg for strength to help you fight your own 5 thieves.
