Is it feasible to build an sovereign Island like ' Singapore' off the coast of East Africa ?

          I was thinking , why doesn't a Panjabi billionare build a sovereign Island off the coast of east Africa ? It would probably cost more than  a 100 billon dollars , but think about the potential. Look at Dubai and Singapore . I was thinking a really rich Panjabi " Elon Musk " decides to build a sovereign country. Once that Island has a 1000 mile foundation [ 5x as big as Singapore ] , the billionare would bring Japanese specialist to build Japanese like Infrastructure , you know what I mean , clean and developed with a vending machine every 2 miles . Then also build huge skyscrapers like Dubai and many Gurdwaras . The government would democratic but the only people in high power would be Baptized Khalsa Sikhs, but this is not limited to Panjabis . The island would offer citizenship to investing  europeans and Japanese. Singapore is little over 200 miles  long and it's economy is 300 Billion Dollars , Hong Kong is 1000 miles long and it's economy is 330 billion GDP. These islands have bigger economies than most countries in the world including Pakistan [ 280 billion ] pathetic , lol . Imagine Khalsa Island being as prosperous as Hong Kong / Singapore.  Good to dream. 

 

 Number 1 rule - No muslims allowed , No mosques allowed . 

Number 2 rule - No Christians allowed , No churches allowed. 

Number 3 rule - No Hindus allowed , no Pooping streets allowed. 

Number 4 rule - Atheist and Buddhist welcome. 

 

Kingdom of Khalsa . Sarkar-E-Khalsa. Even Singapore isn't a bad name , Singhs will make up most of the population and pur means land of .. Lion City ..

I mean yeah we could do that, if we could get the panth together anythings possible, but why dont we just take over an african country like Kenya? From what I've heard, they love us there. We wouldn't have to deal with india as much, and since a lot of africa is going through hell like india, we could be a very strong force of good there in the international community. As for the island I think we could also maybe save the maldives by adding sand if possible, but if we really want it to be an economic powerhouse, we should make sure its in an area with lots of shipping traffic. 

For a name if we made an island, I'd like urjapur for the first showing of constructive sikh energy in a while. 

Well you can't take over countries in 2018 , and Sikhs don't have a active army. Building an Island 100 miles from Ethiopia would put it near major trading routes. It would be close to Saudi Coast and in the warm Indian ocean waters. Eventually , Sikhs could build a powerful Navy to deter Somalian pirates and other hostile entities. As for the name of the Country. I think we should just carry over the name from Sikh Empire , Sarkar-E-Khalsa.
