Vaheguru ji ka Khalsa Vaheguru ji ki Fateh I was just wondering if anyone could help me, every time i sit down to do my Nitnem or any bani i get a pain in my head and it only happens at this time not normally through out the day. it feels like there pressure on my head, i don't know how to explain it properly but its really putting me off doing my nitnem. Ever since these head pains started my nitnem has started to take way longer than it used to and that puts me off doing anything else because iI just want these pains to stop.. I'm having trouble pronouncing some gurmukhi letters, I have jus started going to santhiya about 3 weeks ago but I'm practising at home bit still getting it wrong. I'm fine on most of them apart from the last 1 which is rara , I was told it sounds like a d in English but I can't seem to do it, also I struggle on differing the sound between tutta and thutta , can somebody please tell me how you pronounce it, where do you place your tongue when saying it, behind teeth, top of mouth etc. thank you

I have a friend who once cried to me asking me what happened to her because she used to wake up at around 3 a.m. everyday then did her nitnem with her dad also did Sukhmani Sahib. But now all of a sudden, she has lost her routine. She said that she wakes up almost every morning but doesn't have the udham to get out of bed. She has lost her nitnem. She tells herself that she'll do it the next day but it never happens and it goes on like this everyday. She also use to wear dastaar but now she gave up on that too. I had no answer to that. And she asked me any tips to reduce sleep. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

I am Amritdhari for a week or so. I am learning Gurmukhi and I can read Gurmukhi at a slow and okay pace. Is it bad if I do my nitnem in gurmukhi english. Is there a less benefit doing it in gurmukhi english. I am very anxious to know. As sometimes when I do my nitnem I do it right with the pronunciation but I thought to myself as long as I am saying the word right it is the same benefit. Any answers or advice. I will be taking santhiya later on but I was wondering is there a difference?

I was working today on our family desktop when I decided to look at picture we have on the computer. As I was clicking through our family pictures, I ran into some naked pictures of my father. Turn out my brother had icloud stream setup on our iPhones so all our picture automatically get to our desktops. Shocked, the first think I did was deleted the picture and uninstall icloud stream. back then was waaaay different. ppl didn’t attend higher education or have much to do after the age of like… 13, lol. you’d have 13 year olds boys and girls that know how to do kethi, cook entire meals, etc nowadays even 22 year olds are extremely immature and can be sheltered. the average person doesn’t know how to do anything except their 9-5 which they are probably half arsing as well. -

Seriously?? The Dhadi is trying to be cute. For those who didn't get it, he said: "Some say Maharaj killed bakras (goats). Some say he cut the heads of the Panj Piyaras.
