now dont get me wrong here, but i beleive that thinking bad is the same as doing bad. This is where we have to learn how to ignore the mind and follow ur heart. It can become hard at times...but thats when u start concentrating on simran and the thought will go away.

If you think sinful thoughts eventually your actions will become sinful best to think of doing something positive. It will take your mind off sin and keep yourself occupied, reflect and meditate on naam simran.

if its a phsycial relationship you are talking about, then thinking about it will only make the "urge" stronger and tougher to fight.

i am sure there is a tuk in gurbani by guru tegh bahadar saheb ji which says that thinking a sin is as bad as doing it, but i can't find it .
