   Hi I am in a similar situation myself, similar age and I've found it difficult to find the right guy, mainly because of morals. AIso, I went through a few periods in my life with family etc which made me lose my self confidence and I became basically the opposite of how I used to be.    I like to know complete rehat of dng sehaj paath...Also I like to know one thing that I don't get a fix time for paath...So I m dng it frm mbile...Whenever even if I get 5 min. I start dng sehaj paath from mbile...Basically opening sanchiya takes time and I basically do laziness due to tiring work....So I do paath from mbile while walking...Travelling in car etc...Hope I m not dng beadbi....Plz help and guide

   gurfateh ji! recently i was gifted a gutka ji made from my city's gurdwara, the quality was not really good and one of the pages got ripped from it and i am beyond embarrassedand scared of this paap ive accidentally committed, i wish i was more careful, and i am an amritdhari, so my question is what do i do with this gutka ji now? & do i need to do pesh, and take amrit again? i feel that this is the worst thing ever done

I'm a journalist working on a piece about anti-Sikh discrimination, and the way in some perceive that the government tends to focus instead upon fighting discrimination against the Abrahamic faiths. I'm looking to speak to anyone who has experienced discrimination on account of their faith or aspects of Sikh traditional dress / appearance.    I know to go to God you have to be AmritDhari but honestly I can't see myself in the future being one, I just don't understand Sikhi. And how come there are other ways to reach God, i.e different religions? Please forgive me if I have said something offensive

   Keep falling into kaam. Maharaj kirpa that I have never missed any of my nitnem, try to do maximum sangat but kaam does not leave. Blessed are those gurusikhs who conquer this evil. Blessed are those gurusikhs who try to conquer kaam. I am not even 1% equal to them as I only need 5 seconds of convincing before I go down the kaam route.    When you are listening to prayers such as on You tube do you always have to have your head covered? Is it ok to do homework, eat whilst listening? Another q can you just ask God for what you want by covering your head and asking after praying or is it only if you do certain prayers? I have been depressed for months and have exams have been praying everyday and asking my mum to pray for me to get better. I have been listening to Sukhmani Sahib all day and feel so happy even though nothing in my life changed today but it gives me hope! I just want to listen non-stop.
