Hi Over the years I have personally struggled with not having any sexual desires or feelings. I used to naively think because I did so much simran as a child I have destroyed all my kaam but I have recently come to understand Asexuality (no kaamy thoughts). I have never seen women or anything in a lustful way, now I am in my late 20s alot of people suspect I'm gay or there is something wrong with me as I join in zero conversations regarding these matters or even acknowledge the opposite gender and put off talk of marriage. Hi, I was just starting this topic for advice. I was in a marriage where my wife and I were really close and did everything together. We have split up now and has completely changed. She has lied about a lot of domestic abuse that didn’t happen and also lied that I used to hit the kids. She’s turned really manipulative towards the courts. This has resulted in a lengthy court application and now I haven’t seen my kids in nearly 3 years and might be the case I won’t see them again. I’ve prayed so many times for peace. I've just watched a film called 'Silence' directed by Martin Scorsese. It's set in sixteenth century Japan when Christianity was outlawed and people were killed if they were found to have converted. There is a scene in the film where several Japanese converts have denied their faith but are still being horrifically tortured. The Portuguese priest can stop the torture ( and their likely death) if he denounces Jesus Christ. If he gives up his faith he cannot return to it as the Japanese will force him to sign statements and desecrate icons each year to prove he is no longer Christian. During the mid 19th century the loyalty of Punjabi Hindus and Muslims towards the Sikh Kingdom went missing? what happened to Punjabis? Today Punjab is split between India and Pakistan yet it is clear the only people who want to speak Punjabi are the minority Sikh people. After the Multan uprising the British conquered Punjab clearly using Hindu/Muslim aide. It seems as though Sikhs are the ones who kept Punjab together and the British imperialist knew this. So they divided the religious communities to take over and Punjab region was most affected in 1947. The Sikh population was also the most scattered because of hostile people.

back then was waaaay different. ppl didn’t attend higher education or have much to do after the age of like… 13, lol. you’d have 13 year olds boys and girls that know how to do kethi, cook entire meals, etc nowadays even 22 year olds are extremely immature and can be sheltered. the average person doesn’t know how to do anything except their 9-5 which they are probably half arsing as well. -

Seriously?? The Dhadi is trying to be cute. For those who didn't get it, he said: "Some say Maharaj killed bakras (goats). Some say he cut the heads of the Panj Piyaras. The truth is that they weren't goats. It was she-goats (ਬਕਰੀਆਂ). He jhatka'd she-goats. Not he-goats." Wow. This is possibly the stupidest thing I've ever heard in relation to Sikhi.
