Nocturnal Emissions

Hi! I just wanted to get some insight as to how did the other males in the sangat deal with nocturnal emissions when they started giving up kaami practices in the initial days when they started to keep a disciplined rehat? I have noticed since I have starting gradually reducing it, the frequency of nightfall has gone a bit up. As any male who has experienced it would know, it can be pretty messy, inconvenient or even embarrassing. So what advice would you give me? Is it possible to stop it altogether? Thanks.

WGJKK WGJKF I lived with my parents for most of my young life. When I was 21 I got married to a wonderful girl from the capital and she moved upto the midlands. I'm in my 20's, I'm from a very traditional family = don't go out much, no proper friends (tbh I am happy and used to that way as over the years I've seen its benefits) Recently, I've just been feeling like I've lost my personality. Sangat ji I am very worried and confused because my friend has had this dream many times where he died and he sayd to me that "I think I am going to die" and says that his dreams do come true. How to treat hair infection without cutting?

Can anybody share some tips for treating trichobacteriosis without cutting the hair off? It's not as serious as it sounds and is pretty common. It is the condition wherein the hair strands near sweat glands (armpits/groin) develop a sort of coating/nodule of bacteria around them. I'm asking this because I don't wanna cut the hair off. Thanks for your help in advance!

I am a student preparing for entrance exam aged 25. I feel very bad on the days when I don't do paath. Really really bad. It feels like i am wasting my life. So i try my best. But one day it was first time when i did Sukhmani Sahib, i fell in love with this bani. But because of my busy student life, i am confused. Can i replace my Japji sahib and Jaap sahib (morning prayer) with Sukhmani Sahib ??? I have limited time in the day, so can't do both. Please help i am greatly confused. Leaving aside Guru ji, the general question of taking afeem (opium) in limited quantities for war/medical wounds is simply unproblematic. When you go to the hospital, they give you morphine. What do you think morphine is? It's an opiate. Even codeine (cough syrup) is an opiate! Ever had a cough? Granted, it is against Gurmat to take opium or other drugs for the fun of it. -
Yeah, that's one possibility. Another I initially thought is that it's a Muslim trying to gather info. But then, you might ask, how does he know about Sikh textual sources. Well, you'd be surprised at their resourcefulness. A final possibility is he's a weak Sikh who was asked a question by a non-Sikh and now he's suddenly feverishly wondering where it's "written" that you can't marry a young child. To the latter, I would say, you're looking in the wrong spot. back then was waaaay different. ppl didn’t attend higher education or have much to do after the age of like… 13, lol. you’d have 13 year olds boys and girls that know how to do kethi, cook entire meals, etc nowadays even 22 year olds are extremely immature and can be sheltered. the average person doesn’t know how to do anything except their 9-5 which they are probably half arsing as well.
