waheguru ji ka khalsa, waheguru ji ki fateh!!!! Sangat jio, I was sitting outside today, just thinking, and then i started to think about todays Sikh Youth. Young Sikhs, shud be Striving to learn about their religion/sikhi. And the thing they strive for in their lives is fasion, Boys/Girls, Etc. Gurbani is also very important. Reasoning for this is that, Gurbani is Our guru's Teachings. Many of todays Sikh youth reject wat the ir religion is, and wat sikhi means to them. Living in weastern Society, youths of almost ever culture give up on it, because its to strictt and they would never be able to fallow it to the full extent, so then whats the point of being 'part sikh'…

Gurfathe Sangat ji, I have come to the conclusion that there is something going on with youtube. They are putting subliminal messages into video's without you knowing. Watching or even listening to youtube videos will affect you. Before anyone starts saying I'm paranoid, just try not watching for 1 week. Also anyone who is being effected by kaam/lust should stop watching youtube videos and tv also if this works for you please let sangat know on this thread. There are alot of good channels e.g rajoana tv, basics of sikhi etc doing sikhi parchaar but they need to find another way or site or maybe sikhsangat can do something so sangat can upload videos without youtube. …

If you search YouTube, and type in Sikh, what you see is the most stupid stuff not anywhere inline with Sikhism what so ever. Shouldn't these tags be removed? The most viewed video is a desi porno when you search Sikh. It is ridiculous and I think they need to remove the tag Sikh from such things because if some kid wants to learn about Sikhism and they see that thats just bad. Then you get down to the videos of Khalistan. Sure, whatever if you want a seperate state go ahead and want it but don't tag it as Sikh because it is not, as not all Sikhs want Khalistan. Most kids go on there to learn about their religion too and then they see such bakwaas its dumb.

Can someone with more gian than me do seva and help this guys understand sikhi. I thought at first he was just looking for answers but now it seems that he is looking for a fight and I don't feel like i have enough knowledge to represent our kaum to the level it deserves. Waheguru ji ka khalsa waheguru ji ki fateh sadh sangat ji I was just wondering I have been on this fourm for about two weeks now reading posts etc. This past year has been terrible for me and my sikhi. First time ever i havent did my nitnem i havent jaaped naam i havent meditated all because a problem i faced etc etc doesnt matter lets just say i gave up fully. I saw a post saying there should be more sikh vloggers. I was just thinking if i started a youtube channel of my sikhi and what i will do to better myself as a sikh again and what steps i would take to get back to who i wa etc etc with waheguru jis grace. Yeah, that's one possibility. Another I initially thought is that it's a Muslim trying to gather info. But then, you might ask, how does he know about Sikh textual sources. Well, you'd be surprised at their resourcefulness. A final possibility is he's a weak Sikh who was asked a question by a non-Sikh and now he's suddenly feverishly wondering where it's "written" that you can't marry a young child. To the latter, I would say, you're looking in the wrong spot. back then was waaaay different. ppl didn’t attend higher education or have much to do after the age of like… 13, lol. you’d have 13 year olds boys and girls that know how to do kethi, cook entire meals, etc nowadays even 22 year olds are extremely immature and can be sheltered. the average person doesn’t know how to do anything except their 9-5 which they are probably half arsing as well. -
