SSA. It is unappropriate to make decisions about the whole PANTH by just a bunch of politicians who pretend or think they represent the whole SIKHI by themselves. It is a big responsibility to represent the whole culture and religion...and hence to pass laws/guidelines, without even putting on the press is pretty much saying, that one doesn't care about the whole panth.
