Can anybody help me with this. I recently drank Aloe Vera juice. I didnt read the ingredients? One of the ingredients were calcium lactate? Im not sure about this ingredient. Can anybody tell me if it is animal based or plant based. I need to know because im amritdhari? Do I go pesh for this or no?

Mr. Coolwater, this has everything to do with Khalistan. The people promoting these shady missionaries the most are these fake Khalistanis who control 95% of the Gurdwaras in the west. These missionaries reject Nitnem Banis, Amrit Sanchar Banis, and so many Panthic traditions, yet these so-called Khalistanis continue to promote them and allow them on their Gurdwara stages. Shivteg has committed a cardinal sin (bajjar kurehat) of having a physical relationship with another women - are these the types of preachers you want on your Gurdwaras' stages? How will we get Khalistan when we are not even ready to accept the Khalsa Rehat and follow the Khalsa code of conduct? The current Sikh leaderships is full of such adulterers and scoundrels - would you like them to be the next leaders of Khalistan? Khalistan is not a game. The Sikh Nation does not deserve Khalistan if it is not willing to clean house first and become real Khalsas.

Paa Jee, Ardas is a personal and private conversation between a sikh(soul) and Wahiguru Akal Purukh. This conversation can be, a model type prayers in any spiritual scirptures, or it can be a natural flow of one´s own words coming from the depth of one´s heart. Chanting the Name of the Lord, the supreme status is obtained. This is what, in Raag Kaanrhaa Dhan Dhan Satguru Arjan Dev Maharaj is telling us to ask only for from the Supreme Lord Wahiguru. Even thought I respect Gian Gurbachan Singh he is being kept silent on big Sikh issues so a sarbat khalsa has to happen not in just Pakistan but over the whole world.

Above sant ji is pointing towards shabad surat unity so so much after merging of surti in shabad there is only shabad left. Super thought also means our surti/birthi-intuitive thought which is not mind but everyone inner intuition..for normal person -vulnerable yet authoritative dictator mind drives this inner intuition as this inner intuition gets totally influenced by super imposed mind but for advance spiritual seekers/gurmukhs/gursikhs shabad/naam drives (since one's super thought antarmukh) and draws the inner intuition into it so much so if mind or egoic mind does not get in way..shabad Naam(Awakened jot-awareness within)- will start slowly consuming the surti-inner intuitation, surti does not have try that hard try to perfect the method just be there in space of stillness or one pointedness. But most often our latent tendacies mind comes in the way try to take ownership and authority of our inner intuitation. Great emphasis is on surti (subtle I ego) that eventually it has to die in shabad. At fourth stage, everything comes spontenous effortless without too much effort from person. May Vahiguroo give all of us blessing/grace,bairaag, prem magnetic pull to follow gurmat tips by sant attar singh ji and take us out from this world misery and world of seperation.
